The car stopped under the tree. After getting out, Yi Tianran followed Yi Laosan quietly with light, cat-like steps.
Once they reached the third floor, Yi Laosan stopped in front of a room, then cautiously looked around. After not seeing anyone else, he knocked on the door.
Several seconds later, the door was opened a crack. Yi Tianran, hiding behind the wall, couldn't see the person inside clearly before Yi Laosan slipped inside and quickly closed the door.
"Being so cautious, who is he seeing? His lover, or...?"
As Yi Tianran pondered, she walked slowly to the door.
Although this hotel isn't very high-end, the soundproofing is quite good.
But this was no challenge for Yi Tianran at all.
She used the same trick again, taking out a small listening device from her pocket and quietly slipping it through the crack under the door.
"You finally decided to come see me? I thought you were out having a good time and forgetting all about home!" the woman's shrill voice rang out.
