After Qin Kou'er took a nap, she opened her eyes to hear about Lan Linxue's buttocks being spanked.
Meiyan's little mouth was so happy, she couldn't even close it.
Qin Kou'er sat on the edge of the bed, frowning and sulking: Everyone knows today is a day for important matters, yet she had to be beaten by the Emperor last night. This is simply ridiculous. Lan Linxue's temper will drive her crazy sooner or later.

Walking into Lan Linxue's bedroom, I saw Lan Linxue staring intently at some memorial with bloodshot eyes. Chen Kuangzheng, who was next to her, also looked exhausted but excited, and was lying on the desk, writing something furiously.
"Kou'er greets Your Highness!"
Because Chen Kuang was present, Qin Kou'er did not go directly over, but instead greeted Lan Linxue according to etiquette.
Upon hearing this, Lan Linxue immediately turned around and saw Qin Kou'er waving excitedly at her: "Kou'er! You're here."

Lan Linxue didn't want Qin Kou'er to see it, but then she thought that if her wife saw it and felt sorry for her, she might even benefit from it. So, she didn't stop her, but instead put her arm under her chin and said aggrievedly, "Father was in a bad mood last night, so he hit me!"
Qin Kou'er carefully lifted Lan Linxue's clothes to take a look. Apart from a few shocking red marks, there was nothing else. It was obvious that the Emperor had shown mercy.
Qin Kou'er put the clothes down for Lan Linxue and said irritably, "Hmph, you're out here while the Emperor is in the palace. How come his anger falls on you? Lan Linxue immediately shut his mouth. The fact that his father had been cuckolded was a family scandal that should not be aired in public. He couldn't let Qin Kou'er know about it casually, otherwise, she would laugh her head off.

"What could be keeping you up at night that's keeping you awake? Would you dare to break into the palace at night and cause trouble for the Emperor?"
Lan Linxue looked at Qin Kou'er and suddenly let out a soft chuckle, still without opening her mouth.
Qin Kou'er smiled slightly: "You won't tell me, right? If you won't tell me, then I have to guess right! Okay, then I'll guess and see if I'm right!"
