Qin Kou'er's worries that night were completely in vain.
The entire night was quieter than usual, with nothing happening at all.

The two men looked at the sky; it was almost time for the morning court session, and they couldn't fall asleep even if they lay down. So, they went together to the study to discuss the border matters.
With so many generals from the North appearing in the capital, it's inevitable that Tuotuo will have other plans; it's not time for them to relax yet.
Qin Kou'er was sleeping when she suddenly woke up with a start.
He sat up abruptly, his whole body covered in sweat.
Qu Feng'er immediately opened her eyes.
He quickly walked to Qin Kou'er's side, sat down, took her hand, and asked softly, "What's wrong?"
Qin Kou'er, slightly out of breath, turned her head to look at Qu Feng'er, then glanced around before covering her forehead and whispering, "It's nothing! Just a nightmare!"
Qu Feng'er patted her shoulder reassuringly, then quickly stood up to pour Qin Kou'er a glass of water and carefully placed it in her hand.
"Have the two princes returned yet? Is there any commotion outside?"
Qu Feng'er nodded: "They're all back! They're talking in the study. It's very quiet outside, not a sound at all!"
"Not even a sound?"
Qin Kou'er drank her water, biting her lip and murmuring something under her breath.
This isn't right. Lan Linxue has already discovered that these people have been lying low for many years, so how come there's been no movement at all?
They're not going to rescue Hu Tianyong?

Shaking her head slightly, Qin Kou'er felt it would be safer for her to ask Lan Linxue.
Qin Kou'er quickly got out of bed and asked Qu Feng'er to help her change her clothes. She needed to go to the study right away.
Qu Feng'er knew that even if she asked Qin Kou'er to sleep now, she wouldn't be able to. Rather than worrying in bed, she might as well go downstairs and discuss things with Lan Linxue and the others.
