"Do you know what I did during the day?" Lan Linxue, still oblivious to the danger, leaned forward.

Meiyan turned her head and gave Shuanghua a strange look. Like master, like servant. She must be mentally unstable!
Finally, Qin Kou'er couldn't take it anymore and flung her handkerchief aside, "Fine! I give up! I'm not going, okay?"

Lan Linxue immediately calmed down, just like in March. She was no longer angry and obediently sat back down next to Qin Kou'er. She shamelessly grabbed Qin Kou'er's hand and held it tightly, refusing to let go.
Qin Kou'er frowned. "If I don't go, Lan Xiuyuan will have to go and plot against people. This is a bit difficult."

Lan Linxue said playfully as she manipulated Qin Kou'er's small hand.

Qin Kou'er squeezed Lan Linxue's hand, then glanced at Mei Yan.
Lan Linxue is a bastard who can't say anything nice; she won't stop until Meiyan comes back to cause her trouble.
Lan Linxue glanced at Meiyan, then smiled wickedly, immediately understanding Qin Kou'er's meaning.
Instead of speaking softly, he said even louder, "How can you say he's not a rival in love? Don't think I'm blind. Look at the way he looks at you, he practically wants to eat you alive. Tell me, what's the difference between his gaze and Lan Xiuyuan's? Let me tell you, Qin Kou'er, I'm being wronged! I don't know how many men you've been flirting with outside, how many green hats you've given me!"
Mei Yan listened to Lan Linxue's words, pouted and looked at Qin Kou'er with a wronged expression. Her eyes were so pitiful that they could drown an elephant.
