This is the house my brother rented.
Lin Lu's heart was still beating violently. Even though he didn't cover himself with a blanket during his nap at noon, his forehead was covered with sweat and the back of his clothes were wet.
"Lulu, what's wrong?" Ye Qianyu knocked on the door before opening it. Seeing Lin Lu's distraught look, she asked softly, "Did you have a nightmare?"
Lin Lu nodded. The dream was too real. She felt a rusty taste of blood in her mouth.
My lips are chapped and my throat is dry.
Ye Qianyu turned around, poured a glass of water, and handed it to Lin Lu: "Moisten your throat."
She took some paper and wiped the sweat off Lin Lu's face without asking her what she dreamed about.
Lin Lu raised her head and drank half a glass of water, her throat finally relieved. "Thank you, sister. Has my brother gone to work?"
Today is Sunday and there are no classes at school. I picked up Lin Lu in the morning, and Lin Cheng’s afternoon class will last until ten o’clock in the evening.
"Yes, do you have anything to do with him? Maybe I can help you."
Lin Lu was stunned: "I want to make a phone call."
But she didn't have Song Chen's contact information, and wondered if her brother had it.
Ye Qianyu agreed immediately: "You can call, I'll take you out right away."
"But I don't know the number." Lin Lu lowered his head.
Ye Qianyu paused. Why make a call without a phone number?
"Is it a call back to your parents?" she speculated.
Lin Lu shook his head: "I...my boyfriend."
They agreed that they would be together after she graduated. Now that she has graduated, she can be considered his partner.
Ye Qianyu was shocked again. Lin Lu looked like a good girl and had just graduated. When did she find a partner?
Does Lin Cheng know?
Besides, if she doesn't have her partner's phone number, who would have it?
