Chapter 235 Physics Competition

Before he could finish speaking, Cheng Yue interrupted hastily: "What are you saying? No matter how important the work is, it's not as important as you. Besides, so many days have already been wasted, what's a little more time?"

Cheng Yi: "Dad..."

"Alright, it's time to go." Cheng Yue adjusted his watch and turned to ask someone to prepare the car. "The exam is about to start, let's hurry over."

With no other option, Cheng Yi took a deep breath and followed Cheng Yue out the door with heavy steps, heading towards the examination hall.

She sat in the car, feeling extremely uneasy. The more she thought about it, the more anxious she became. If her fake physics genius was exposed, how could she maintain her position at Silver High School?

Her classmates will definitely look down on her and despise her, and her physics teacher will be heartbroken.

Yan Hanxi may never be able to like her again.

He Jing must be very proud.

She needs to think of a solution.

Try your best to think of a solution.

She absolutely cannot go to this competition.

She couldn't bear the consequences; she didn't want to be exposed.

"dad……"

Before a single byte could be uttered, Cheng Yue, as if thinking of something, suddenly sighed: "When Jingjing participated in competitions before, I never accompanied her; she always went by herself."

I wonder what she was thinking while sitting in the car at that time.

They must be extremely sad.

Cheng Yi's breath hitched, her eyelashes fluttered, and she shut her mouth.

A deathly silence fell over the car.

Cheng Yue didn't say a word to Cheng Yi until they arrived at the examination hall. After getting out of the car, he patted Cheng Yi's head and said, "Xiao Yi, good luck. Dad believes in you."

Cheng Yi nodded silently: "I will try my best."

Just then, the sound of other vehicles parking nearby could be heard.

It turned out to be the luxury car that Yin Gao brought the students to the exam venue, and He Jing happened to be the first to get out of the car.

Cheng Yue was overjoyed to see He Jing and took a step forward to talk to her, but as soon as He Jing got out of the car, she walked into the examination room without looking at him.

Cheng Yue's heart sank instantly. He was utterly disappointed and didn't notice that Cheng Yi grabbed his arm the moment He Jing got out of the car.

Having successfully prevented any possible communication between the two, Cheng Yi shook off the gloom that had accumulated along the way and smiled happily: "Dad, I'm going in."

Cheng Yue's gaze was successfully drawn back, and he patted her head again: "Okay, go ahead."

Stepping into the examination room, Cheng Yi's anxiety returned. There were more than 30 students in the classroom, including those from other schools, and she was the only one who was a fake top student.

With only five minutes left before the exam starts, how is she going to get through it?

Just as she made up her mind to leave the exam room, intending to find a place to wait for a while and then explain to her teachers and classmates that she was lost, a boy walked over:

"Excuse me, are you lost? I'll take you there."

Cheng Yi shook her head, about to say "No need," when the boy became extremely enthusiastic and said, "I am a student of this school, and I was kept here by the teacher to volunteer."

Cheng Yi was then "forcibly" sent back.

She noticed the attention all the other examinees were giving her, but He Jing's gaze held a hint of mockery.

Yan Hanxi didn't sit with He Jing. He idly twirled the 2B pencil he was using to fill in the answer sheet. Then, as if he had thought of something, he wrote a crumpled piece of paper and threw it at He Jing.

He Jing unfolded the crumpled paper and saw a hastily drawn smiley face on it, which was incredibly childish.

Five minutes later, the proctor arrived. He was a serious-looking old man whom He Jing did not recognize.

This shattered Cheng Yi's last glimmer of hope, as the proctor was not from the Yin Gao teaching team.

Two minutes later, the test papers were handed out. The paper was full of unfamiliar physics questions. Cheng Yi knew he was doomed. This time, he was definitely going to fail.
