The boy's cheeks flushed red, and his gaze snapped back as if stung. He looked at the lush, green flowers and plants again, as if nothing had happened, but he could clearly feel a tickle in his throat, his Adam's apple bobbing involuntarily, and his heart feeling as if it were being gently scratched by a feather.

After Yan Hanxi left, He Jing immediately breathed a sigh of relief, feeling that the ambiguous atmosphere had lessened. If Yan Hanxi had continued to stare at her, she might have been unable to resist fleeing in panic.
Fortunately, when Yan Hanxi returned with the wine, the chilling atmosphere did not return.
Yan Hanxi also went into the water, and the two of them drank wine, about two arm's width apart.

He Jing was completely pulled back from her thoughts. She nodded, placed the wine glass on the wooden tray, and let the tray float towards Yan Hanxi.
