Cheng Muyun raised an eyebrow. "Why Dongzhou?"
"Dongzhou is to China what Jerusalem is to the West."
The man gently pinched the newly grown flesh on Xu Zhuohua's face. "Xiao Wuxin told you that? I think you shouldn't overthink it, otherwise this flesh that you've worked so hard to grow will fall off sooner or later."
Luo Yunqiao saw their intimate actions. She had been pestering Cheng Muyun lately because Old Master Cheng had personally broken off the engagement, and now her chance had come.
Luo Yunqiao wanted all the women in Xinhai City to know that she was determined to have Cheng Muyun.
"Brother Mu Yun, I knew you were here."
Xu Zhuohua took a step back, increasing the distance between herself and Cheng Muyun.

Luo Yunqiao was the future daughter-in-law chosen by Madam Cheng, and her behavior was more hasty and bold.

It felt like I had bought a handmade gift with counterfeit money, and I blushed with guilt.
Xu Jixin thought Xu Zhuohua was unhappy, so he waved his hand and said, "We're not going home for dinner today. I'll take you two out for some fun."
Xu Minghua had been overwhelmed by mountains of paper manuscripts these past few days, so when he heard about a way to relax, he readily agreed, "Great!"

Xu Jixin took the two to a restaurant for a meal. On their way back, they passed by the Paramount Ballroom and heard that Hu Moli was performing on stage that day. Xu Minghua insisted on going in to take a look.
The three entered the Paramount Ballroom and found a place to sit down at random.
The style of Paramount has changed drastically. Two out of the three songs are dance tracks, and the dance style even replicates that of Xu Zhuohua.
The guests below clearly paid their bills and were very pleased. Compared to their initial disdain when they first saw Xu Zhuohua dancing at the Cheng family's house, this was a genuine expression of their feelings.
However, many of the hip-swaying and chest-lifting wave-like movements have been removed, probably because the dancers themselves wouldn't accept them.
Hu Moli finally appeared after much anticipation, causing a stir among the guests.
The dance was taught by Xu Zhuohua, but Hu Moli made significant changes, making it even more charming and alluring, captivating everyone's attention.
For some reason, Xu Zhuohua felt increasingly ashamed as she looked at it, and made an excuse to escape.
Xu Zhuohua only stopped walking when she could no longer hear the music on stage.
Those dignitaries criticized her, but they admired her dance immensely, eagerly learning it and then performing it on stage.
That's ridiculous.
Xu Zhuohua leaned against the corridor wall, arms crossed, deep in thought, when he suddenly heard a familiar voice.
Luo Yunqiao and Liang Shaozun walked over from the other side, and Xu Zhuohua pushed open the door behind her and hid inside.
Luo Yunqiao clearly mistook the fake Liang Shaozun for the real one. "Shaozun, where have you been all this time? I haven't seen you at all."
The fake Liang Shaozun said, "The old man asked me to help him, and I've been unable to get away until today."
Luo Yunqiao pushed open the door to the opposite room, where Cheng Muyun was sitting. He showed no surprise at seeing Liang Shaozun, and the two greeted each other as before.
The door opposite closed, and Xu Zhuohua was still pressed against it, unable to believe what she had just witnessed.
Cheng Muyun has hooked up with Liang Shaozun again!
