Shen Danru didn't know how long she had slept, only that her soul drifted back to the modern world.

The man's lips curled up slightly, as if he was quite satisfied with her actions.
Shen Danru quickly stepped back, puffing out her cheeks angrily, "What...what are you doing in my house, especially in a girl's private room? Don't you have any manners?"
Unexpectedly, Qi Shuoyu pulled her close and embraced her.
Shen Danru's mind went completely blank, and she felt as if her heart had stopped beating.
His chest felt so warm.

She swung her little fist and punched Qi Shuoyu: "You..."

The last glimmer of light in Qi Shuoyu's eyes vanished, leaving them empty and utterly silent.
