Wash the radish, cut it into strips, spread it out in a winnowing basket, and then put it on a rack to dry. After two or three days, when it is dry and wilted, you can put it away. When you want to eat it, take it out, cut it into pieces and mix it with some seasonings. It tastes good with porridge or noodles.
After drying the radishes, Zhou Chunlan began preparing dinner. She had some fresh river shrimp in the bucket.
