Wei Yuyan pulled her older sister to sit down and chat.
"I see, little sister. Thank you for doing so much for your brother-in-law and me to make a living."
Wei Yuhan took her sister's hand and patted it.
"Don't mention it, we're like sisters."
Wei Yuyan also has an older sister in modern times. Her sister treats her very well, and she often thinks of her.
The appearance of Yuhan can make up for the regret in my heart.
"Sister Yuyan, Sister Yuhan, my mother is cooking at the shop. She told us to come over and eat in a bit."
Shi Tou and Chen Yu finished cleaning the second floor; only the backyard and kitchen remained.

Wei Yuyan quickly pushed her older sister away, but was bumped by the other woman and almost fell over.

Wei Yuyan steadied herself, only to see that the other person didn't stop after being bumped into, but continued walking straight ahead.
"Yu Yan, forget it, that person doesn't seem quite right either."
Yuhan thought it was better to avoid trouble, and that the other party might have done it by accident.

Wei Yuyan rubbed her shoulder; it was sore from the impact.

Her parents sent her to her husband's family, but her mother-in-law and Sun Wei treated her terribly.

Wei Yuyan carried the roast chicken into the steamed bun shop and didn't see Yu Niang in the main room, guessing she was cooking.

Yu Niang is washing vegetables. She steamed buns at noon and is preparing to stir-fry a cabbage and a carrot.
“Okay, Yueyue likes to eat steamed buns.”
Wei Yuhan nodded. Yueyue's favorite staple food is steamed buns, probably because they are chewy and good for teething.
"They haven't come back yet?"
Yu Niang looked at the doorway again, but didn't see anyone else.
"Yes, the new shop needs to be cleaned and redecorated before it can open for business."
While replying to Yu Niang, Wei Yuyan went to the steamer and took out a big, white, plump steamed bun.
"I'll go clean this afternoon."
Yu Niang deftly chopped the greens.
"Shi Tou and my brother-in-law are working on it, and they should be done by this morning."
Wei Yuyan responded.
About 15 minutes later, Wu Chen, Chen Yu, and Shi Tou returned.
"Is the cleaning done over there, Stone?"
Yu Niang pulled her son aside and asked him questions.
"It's all done, quite clean, just sweep the floor and wipe the table."
Stone answered seriously.
"That's good, let's get ready to eat."
Yu Niang's dishes had already been cooked and were kept warm in the pot, just waiting for them to come back and have dinner.
"No need to wait anymore, just eat before they come back."
Wu Chen washed his hands and came out.
"Big sister is treating us to roast chicken, come on over."
Wei Yuyan was already dividing up the chicken legs: two chickens, four large chicken legs, and four chicken wings.
"Stone doesn't like chicken legs, Stone likes chicken wings. Come on, Stone, have some chicken wings. Boss lady, you have some chicken legs."
Yu Niang was somewhat flattered when she saw Wei Yuyan put a chicken leg into the stone bowl.
Wei Yuyan didn't put any chicken legs in her own bowl, but gave them to Chen Yu and his wife, Shi Tou, and Wu Chen.
"Stone, you worked hard cleaning today. It's what you should do. I didn't do anything. Here, have some chicken wings. Let's have some chicken wings."
Wei Yuyan put chicken wings in Yu Niang's and her own bowls.
"Yes, Yu Yan said that once we're here, we're all family. Shi Tou is growing, so he should eat more."
Wu Chen understood that Yu Niang and her son were somewhat reserved, but they would naturally feel better over time.
After saying that, he put the chicken leg from his bowl into Wei Yuyan's bowl.

"I ate a lot during the Chinese New Year. You can have this, and I'll have the chicken breast."
After Wu Chen finished speaking, he picked up a piece of chicken breast and put it into his bowl.

Wei Yuyan didn't refuse him anymore; it was just a chicken leg, anyone could eat it.
