"Sister Zhang, could you please pay my consultation fee?"
Wei Yuyan didn't bring any money with her, so she asked Zhang Dasao to pay Doctor Qian first.
"No need, my medical skills are not good enough to diagnose you, so there is no charge."
Dr. Qian refused, saying it was his rule.

Fortunately, Sister-in-law Zhang had cooked pumpkin porridge that morning and served her a bowl, which allowed her to drink a little bit.

After washing the dishes, Sister-in-law Zhang called Lifu to prepare to take Wei Yuyan to town. Before leaving, she made sure to give several instructions to the children.
