Chapter 1608: Tyranny

As Wanqi Shan ran frantically, he heard the shouts of many villagers behind him. His face turned pale and he cursed, "A bunch of fools!"

He had no experience at the moment, but was still dragging the cart, not running particularly fast.

Yun Zheng behind him quickly caught up. Her eyes flashed and she kicked the cart hard with her leg. In an instant, there was a "bang" sound and the cart, which was not particularly sturdy to begin with, instantly broke into pieces.

Scattered on the ground.

The surrounding villagers were shocked. Among them were many disciples from the three major families. When they saw that the third elder Wanqi was about to be kicked in the back, a shocking scene appeared. Yun Zheng seemed to be fixed in place and could not kick Wanqi Shan's body at all.

Yun Zheng's face darkened slightly, as if there was a barrier in front of her, preventing her from moving.

Wanqi Shan noticed something strange about Yun Zheng and breathed a sigh of relief as if he had been saved. He turned around and glanced at Yun Zheng with resentment, and decided not to bother with her.

He continued to flee forward!

Yun Zheng could only watch him run away, her eyes becoming increasingly cold. After she stopped, the villagers behind her also caught up with her.

The villagers asked breathlessly, "Master, why are you chasing the melon man?"

"Master?"

"It's okay." Yun Zheng just said lightly.

The villagers didn't doubt it much and immediately asked in unison: "Master, what can we do to help you?"

Yun Zheng looked at them and smiled slightly. "It's almost dark. Aren't you hungry? Go home and eat first. You'll have more energy to work in the evening, right?"

When the villagers heard this, they remembered the time and nodded in sudden realization.

"Yes, yes, I haven't cooked yet..." a woman said in surprise.

After Yun Zheng's few words of persuasion, the villagers who had gathered together gradually dispersed and returned home.

Yun Zheng looked at the two disciples who had followed her out of the village chief's house and asked, "My name is Yun Zheng. What are your names?"

Female disciple: "Hu Yanqi."

Male disciple: "Cui Yuan."

Yun Zheng nodded and said slowly, "Please pick up some stones for me. I will use them to set up a formation to deal with those monsters."

Huyan Yu and Chu Yuan looked at each other. Although they suspected that Yun Zheng had ulterior motives, they had no choice now.

Only by breaking the impasse can you get out of the illusion.

"Okay, how many stones do you want?" Hu Yanqi agreed.

Yun Zheng smiled and said, "The more the better."

After hearing this, the two had no choice but to do as they were told.

The disciples from the three major families who had become part of the "villagers" looked warily at Yun Zheng, who was wearing a red Taoist robe.

One of the disciples narrowed his eyes slightly and asked in a skeptical tone, "Master... is it really reliable to set up a formation with stones?"

Yun Zheng smiled and said, "We'll have to try it to know if it's reliable."

As soon as these words were spoken, the faces of the disciples who had turned into "villagers" changed slightly. They looked at each other and snorted in their hearts. They shouldn't have placed any hope on Yun Zheng.

After all, how could the people of the Five States have ever encountered such a powerful illusion with the "rules of heaven and earth"?

It is impossible to break this illusion with just a few broken stones.

The disciples of the three major families immediately looked at Yun Zheng with dissatisfaction in every way.

Yun Zheng didn't care about their thoughts at all. She looked up at the sky, then followed the same path, ready to find Mo Jing first.

However, as she walked, she found that the road had changed.

Her eyes changed slightly.

She calmed down and tried to open her blood pupils, but at that moment, her mental power was terribly suppressed and backfired, and her face turned pale in an instant.

My head hurts so much!

She staggered a few times and almost fell down, but she held on.

The villagers passing by saw this, gathered around him, and asked with concern: "Master, what's wrong with you? Are you feeling unwell?"

"Master, you look so pale!"

"Master..."

"I'm fine." Yun Zheng's forehead was covered with sweat. She shook her head gently and then continued walking forward.

The other side.

Mo Jing, dressed in rags, mingled with the beggars, and then started chatting with them, talking and laughing.

But Chu knew that there was one person who stayed away. He isolated the group of beggars by himself. He glanced at Mo Jing with disgust.

I thought to myself, inferior people are indeed inferior people, they will never be able to enter the lobby in this life!

He is different from all of them.

Just as Chu understood this, his hand stretched forward involuntarily, holding a broken bowl and "begging" from a drunk middle-aged man.

When the middle-aged man saw the broken bowl in front of him, he became angry and kicked Chu Mingbai hard.

Bang!

"I don't have any money! You stinky beggars from other villages!"

"Beat you to death, you stinky beggar!"

Although the middle-aged man was drunk, he was still very strong and beat Chu Mingbai until he screamed.

"How can this be! You bastard..." and others!

Before he could even say it, Chu understood what he was saying, "Stop hitting me, stop hitting me. I'm just a stinky beggar. I shouldn't be asking you for money. Please be magnanimous and don't bother with a beggar like me..."

As soon as Chu Mingbai finished speaking, his face turned ashen. He felt very aggrieved and started cursing in his heart.

Damn it!

Who the hell is a beggar?!

He wants to kill this drunk!

He raised his hand to fight back, but found that his hand was frozen in mid-air.
