Zhou Junchang, I have no home.
The next day, Zhou Jun received the key from Mingyueye.
The moon shines brightly on the ground floor of Tianguang Hall. Xu Li is upstairs, and Zhou Junchang is downstairs.
The first day passed peacefully.
On the second night, Zhou Junchang came out of room 204 after packing his things. It was very late and there were hardly any people left in the store, but he saw a red figure around the corner of the front desk.
Standing in front of Xu Li was a boy in a black short-sleeved shirt, who looked to be in his early twenties.
Both sides frowned and argued fiercely, but Zhou Junchang still couldn't hear clearly because of the singing and drinking coming from the private room.
Zhou Junchang was never interested in other people's business and wouldn't listen to it intentionally, but judging from his appearance, she thought the boy might be her brother.

Duan Ruiming took a day off from the brigade today and stood in the moonlight all afternoon, just to have a good talk with Xu Li. Some things really can't be delayed any longer.
But he also knew it was too difficult. Xu Li didn't want to see him; she had blocked his number and wouldn't reply to his messages. So this time, she just came directly.
"For your father's sake, go back and explain the whole story. Take responsibility for yourself and give them an explanation."
"What right do you have to mention my dad!" Xu Li found it ridiculous. Everyone said her father was a hero, but only she knew how much pain he had endured.
Duan Ruiming said in an almost pleading tone, "Your father is also a policeman. He doesn't want to see you living an unclean life. Think about him."
Xu Li found it laughable that he was now being mentioned not because of his illustrious achievements during his lifetime, but because he had become a source of concern for others, which was utterly ridiculous.
Xu Li didn't want to say anything more. She didn't want to recall the reasons and entanglements involved. Every time she recalled them, it would be even more painful. Whether it was about Xu Zhengbei's sacrifice or that night after the rainstorm, it was all suffocating.
Xu Li bypassed Duan Ruiming, wanting to end the conversation.
Duan Ruiming grabbed Xu Li's wrist and said in a low voice, "Aren't you going to think about him? Your father is a policeman."
Xu Li looked at him and noticed that his eyes were a little red. She sneered, "Shouldn't I be asking you that?"
After saying that, she tried to break free of her restrained hand, but it was held tightly and wouldn't loosen its grip even slightly.
The situation remained deadlocked.
At that moment, Zhou Junchang walked to the front desk and said calmly, "If you two want to argue, please don't do it in our store."
Duan Ruiming realized he had been too emotional and let go of her hand.
Both of them were angry, which was far from the calm and peaceful conversation they had initially envisioned. Duan Ruiming softened his tone and said, "Think about it again, but not for too long. If it goes on for too long, my responsibilities will prevent me from helping you anymore."
After saying that, he left, leaving Xu Li and Zhou Junchang standing there.
Xu Li looked at Zhou Junchang, her earlier anger gone, and seemed to want to cover something up, asking him in return, "When did this become your shop?"
Zhou Jun kept his head down, tidying up the cups, without saying a word.
Xu Li found it boring and said, "Fine, your shop is your shop."
After saying that, he walked straight to the bar and sat down, calling out to a figure who was only focused on washing cups, "A Long Island Iced Tea, please."
Zhou Junchang glanced up at Xu Li, just once, but Xu Li still saw it, her eyes filled with dissatisfaction: "Can't you cook? Didn't you say this shop was yours?"
I usually spill my drink after just one cup of Long Island Iced Tea.
Five minutes later, the Long Island Iced Tea was served.
Xu Li didn't care about the long drink; he just gulped it down, his brows furrowed.
Zhou Jun watched her drink with great interest, unaware that the corners of his mouth were slightly curved.
Having calmed down a bit, Xu Li suddenly blurted out, "How much did you hear?"
Zhou Junchang knew she was asking about what had just happened, so he told the truth: "I didn't hear it."
Xu Li didn't believe him, but she didn't ask him any further. She took another sip and asked, "Aren't you curious?"
Zhou Junchang replied expressionlessly, "Not interested."
Xu Li smiled and said, "Zhou Junchang, why do I always run into you when I'm unhappy?"
This time, Zhou Junchang remained silent.
Thinking back to the last time, which seemed to be a similar scene, Zhou Junchang didn't know if he was happy or not. But back then, she was also sitting alone, unable to stand up, yet she kept drinking.
Now, seeing Xu Li drinking, Zhou Jun realized that Xu Li might not leave until she was completely drunk again tonight.
Zhou Junchang went back to the bar to tidy up, glancing at Xu Li every now and then. Xu Li was already dizzy and about to collapse, with only an empty cup left on the table.
After packing everything up, all the store employees left, leaving only Zhou Junchang in the store.
Zhou Jun walked over to Xu Li and glanced at her empty wine glass. He had even gone out of his way to lower the alcohol content a little. He had initially thought she could drink a lot, but now she was passed out on the sofa.
Zhou Jun squatted down to look Xu Li at eye level. Because she had been drinking, Xu Li's face was flushed. She was lying on the table, using her arm as a pillow, looking limp.
This was completely unlike her usual style; she was much less aggressive and would occasionally smack her lips or furrow her brows.
Xu Li opened her eyes in a daze and saw Zhou Junchang squatting in front of her. Xu Li looked into Zhou Junchang's eyes and his pupils, which aroused endless imagination.
Xu Li remained motionless, simply looking at Zhou Junchang and calmly meeting his gaze.
As the distance between them drew closer, Xu Li reached out and tried to get up, her breathing becoming heavier as the distance closed.
"Zhou...Zhou Jun...Chang, are you going to take me home?" His breath brushed against Zhou Jun Chang's ear, making him want to scratch.
If they can still distinguish people, they're probably not so drunk they can't find their way home.
Zhou Jun often squeezed out two words from his throat: "Address."
Xu Li was unsteady on her feet, and even clinging to Zhou Junchang didn't give her much strength. Her head was still resting on Zhou Junchang: "Wh...what address?"
Zhou Junchang felt an itch on his neck. Xu Li was a bit drunk and couldn't stand up straight, so he started rubbing his head around. Zhou Junchang had one hand held by Xu Li and used the other hand to hold Xu Li's head, which helped to block out some of the itch from the hair.
"Your home address."
"..."
Seeing that Xu Li didn't speak, Zhou Junchang took out one hand and patted her face, saying, "Xu Li, do you still remember..."
Before he could finish speaking, he heard Xu Li call his name: "Zhou Junchang".
Zhou Junchang subconsciously responded, waiting for her to continue.
"I have no home."
Seeing Xu Li's dazed look, Zhou Jun stopped dwelling on the question and asked instead, "Where do you live?"
Xu Li seemed not to hear her, only repeating the phrase: "I have no home, I have no home."
After a while, without hearing a response, he asked again, "Do you believe it?"
Do you believe it? I have no home.
Zhou Junchang put Xu Li down and asked, "Where will you sleep tonight?"
"..."
Zhou Jun couldn't hear what Xu Li was muttering, so he stared at Xu Li in the dim light and finally shook his head helplessly.
Zhou Jun went to the private room and got a thin blanket, spread it out and covered Xu Li, then put her on the sofa.
After a while, Xu Li gradually fell silent, her breathing becoming even.
After confirming that Xu Li was asleep, Zhou Junchang got up and turned off the light next to him.
