In the evening, Geng Youran and Qianxue ate a simple meal and then took a nice hot bath before having the nanny bring Hongzhou over.
"Thank you all for your hard work these past few days. Hongzhou will be sleeping with me tonight, so you can all go back and rest."
"yes."
After not seeing him for a while, Geng Youran felt that her son seemed to have gotten a bit heavier.
She put Hongzhou on the bed, changed him into the special sleeping clothes Wanru had made for him, and then the two of them played head-butting on the bed.
After Qianxue finished tidying up Geng Youran's clothes, she went into the inner room to tidy up Geng Youran's dressing table. She saw Hongzhou lying on the bed with his head on the bed but his butt sticking up high.
"Princess, the young prince is in such an uncomfortable position, why don't you help him up?"
Geng Youran laughed heartily:
"Don't worry about it, that brat is just trying to cheat me."
After saying that, Geng Youran patted Hongzhou's little bottom, which made Hongzhou even more unhappy, and he rolled around on the bed.
Geng Youran and Qianxue laughed even more happily.
"Alright, Qianxue, we can tidy up another day. You should go to bed early. The Prince won't be coming these next few days, so you don't need to watch over me tonight. Hongzhou and I can sleep together."
After saying that, Geng Youran picked up Xiao Hongzhou and gave him two big kisses on his little face.
Qianxue smiled and left the room.
The mother and son played for a while longer, and then Xiao Hongzhou started yawning and rubbing his eyes.
So Geng Youran put Hongzhou in the bed, covered him with a quilt, and patted him gently.
Before long, Hongzhou fell asleep. Geng Youran lay on her side next to little Hongzhou, looking at her son's sleeping profile, and smiled unconsciously.
She suddenly realized that her wild thoughts from the past few days were a joke. Now she has children and friends. Although she is not the only woman in the men around her, this is ancient times. Apart from this, she has everything else.
Expecting a man to be completely devoted to someone here is simply a pipe dream. Besides, she's not the kind of person who has to love someone to the point of life and death.
After thinking everything through, Geng Youran suddenly felt a weight lifted from her heart. She tucked the blanket around Xiao Hongzhou and then fell asleep as well.
I slept without any dreams.
Geng Youran was woken up by Xiao Hongzhou kicking her in the morning; she hadn't expected him to wake up so early.
She felt a hard kick to her stomach, and when she groggily opened her eyes, she saw that Xiao Hongzhou had sat up at some point, kicking his legs and grinning at her.
Seeing Xiao Hongzhou's silly grin, Geng Youran also smiled and gave Hongzhou's chubby cheek a kiss.
Then Geng Youran called people in. Qianxue helped her get dressed and wash up, while the nannies helped Xiao Hongzhou change clothes and wash up, and also gave him something to eat.
"Princess, everything you asked me to prepare yesterday afternoon is ready and in the small kitchen."
"Okay, I understand. Go to the small kitchen first, crush the leaves of the black rice tree, and filter out the juice from the leaves."

After quickly eating some snacks, Geng Youran went to the small kitchen.

Then Geng Youran took the high-quality japonica rice that Qianxue had washed in advance and soaked it in the juice of the filtered black rice tree leaves.

"What happened to Wanru?"
"Princess Niohuru is not pregnant!"
Upon hearing this, Geng Youran suddenly stood up:
"What!"
Qianxue, listening from the side, also became anxious:
"Xiao Anzi, you can't talk nonsense about this. We went to Princess Niohuru's courtyard yesterday, and her belly was swollen. How could she not be pregnant!"
Xiao Anzi knelt down and explained earnestly:
