The four of them had just finished breakfast when they heard a commotion outside the door.
As soon as everyone put down their chopsticks, they heard the yamen runners from Senmu Kingdom rushing in and saying that they wanted to take the four people away.
Jingzi asked anxiously, "Sir, what crime have they committed? They are new here and have done nothing wrong. Why are they being taken away?"
"Don't worry about it. This matter has nothing to do with you." The leading yamen runner pushed Jingzi away and pretended to arrest the four people.
Gu Beijian spoke calmly, "So this is how the laws of Senmu Country work. Without any reason or evidence, you can arrest someone at will. That's amazing!"
Yi Yami glanced at Gu Beijian with some worry in her eyes. Gu Beijian held her hand and squeezed it to comfort her.
"What evidence do you want? We received a report from Keiko Sakashima this morning, saying that you broke into a house and killed someone, including her brother. We have witnesses, evidence, and the body. Do you still have room to quibble?" The leading yamen runner spoke.
Gu Nanji and Murong Jinyi were surprised. How could Gu Beijian still have time to kill someone? How come they didn't know?
"She said we killed someone, so we killed someone? Doesn't that mean anyone can say someone killed someone? It could also be that she killed someone and then put the blame on us?" Gu Beijian answered calmly.
The yamen runners waved their hands and said, "You can talk to our general about this matter yourself."
As he said that, he was going to take them away.
Just as they were about to start fighting, Gu Nanji and Murong Jinyi pushed the yamen runners away with a palm.
The yamen runners were beaten and retreated again and again.
"Do you know what the consequences will be if you don't follow us?" the yamen runners said gritting their teeth.
"I don't know, and I don't want to know!" Gu Beijian replied coldly.
"Okay, these people refuse to be arrested. According to our country's laws, they can be beheaded on the spot." The bailiffs drew out their long knives and prepared to fight Gu Beijian and the others.

"Hmph, how shameless! I wonder how powerful you can be?" The yamen runners rushed up one by one.
Gu Nanji and Murong Jinyi dealt with them on the left and right, while Gu Beijian protected Yi Yami and broke the wrist of every one of them.
In the end, they were all knocked down. Gu Beijian and Gu Nanji clapped their hands, feeling that it was a piece of cake.
"Wow!" A figure rushed towards Gu Beijian quickly. Gu Beijian immediately dodged and fought back with his sword. Sparks flew due to the violent collision between the knife and sword.
When the left-hand guard saw that Gu Beijian was so powerful, he had not expected it, so he had to bite the bullet and go ahead.
After the two exchanged three moves, the left guard was unable to hold on any longer. The next second, when Gu Beijian's sword was about to cut the left guard's throat, a black dart flew over with a clang, causing Gu Beijian's sword to deflect. The left guard was not seriously injured, but the sword still cut his skin.
Gu Beijian and others looked at the person who came. The person was a pot-bellied man wearing a dark black robe. He supported his head with one hand and sat on a sedan chair carried by eight people.
"General Gu, how are you?" the man spoke first.
Gu Nanji nodded when he heard this, "General Fujino, I haven't seen you for so many years, but you still remember me. I admire you."
"Young General Gu, you are young and promising, and your father is also very famous. It will be difficult for you to forget such a strong opponent." The man supported his head with his other hand.
"General, these people are taking human lives lightly, you can't just sit there and do nothing!" The guard at the lower left gate said anxiously when he saw that General Fujino seemed to be very familiar with them.

Several people got on the sedan chair to go to the general's mansion. Gu Nanji glanced at the worried Shizuko and Fukutaro and said, "General Fujino, this mother and child are so pitiful. Can you please let them go for my sake?"
"It's a small matter, Zuo Xia. You can't mess with this mother and son anymore." General Fujino glanced at Shizuko and spoke.
"Yes." The guard at the lower left nodded slightly and answered.
Several people followed Fujino back to the general's mansion in a swagger.
"General Gu, I wonder why you came to Senmu Country this time?" Fujino asked someone to pour tea for Gu Nanji, and he spoke slowly.
"Oh, the purpose of coming here is to discuss trade. This is Lady Huijing, the lady appointed by our emperor. She wants to see if there is any opportunity for Senmu Country to trade with our Yinwei Country, so as to increase the friendly communication between the two countries." Gu Nanji spoke without hesitation and lied without changing his expression.
Yi Yami glanced at Gu Nanji, but what he was thinking was, "They are indeed brothers, they are targeting the same person."
Fujino glanced at Iemi, who responded with a polite smile.
