"The fun place you were talking about, is this dog hole?" Xu Qingshi's lips twitched as he looked at the hole in disbelief, then turned to the Third Prince Zhu Hanyu beside him.
His face was full of disgust.
Does the Third Prince think he's stupid?
Dog hole? It's not like his house doesn't have one.
Once, he secretly crawled out through the dog hole to play and almost got beaten to death by his father.
"What dog hole? Keep your voice down. This is a secret base, it's really fun inside." Zhu Hanyu said, glancing around furtively.
Seeing that no one was around, he breathed a sigh of relief.
"You mean there's something in here?" Xu Qingshi asked curiously, his eyes darting around.
“There’s a big courtyard in here. Last time I heard a strange sound, but I couldn’t find where it came from. Maybe there’s some kind of monster, the kind that can talk? What do you think, if we encounter it first, then it’ll be ours?” Zhu Hanyu said excitedly.
"You dare to want a monster? Aren't you afraid it will eat you?" Xu Qingshi looked at Zhu Hanyu with a puzzled expression, wondering what was going on in the Third Prince's head.
"What do you know?" Zhu Hanyu rolled his eyes and looked at Xu Qingshi as if he were an idiot. He said, "Let me tell you, I got a secret manual from my father's study. It says that it introduces many divine beasts. Since I heard the voice, I wondered if the heavens were guiding me to become the first prince of our Lanno Kingdom to possess a divine beast."
Zhu Hanyu patted his chest and said with a smug look on his face.
"Really?" Xu Qingshi was somewhat skeptical of Zhu Hanyu's words, but what if it was true?
If it was a divine beast that I subdued together with the Third Prince, wouldn't I be considered someone who has seen a divine beast?
Practice makes perfect; next time, you might be the one to possess a mythical beast.
If I had a divine beast, I wouldn't have to be bullied by that fatso anymore.

I had a question in my mind: Shouldn't palaces be magnificent and splendid?
Look at this, it's so dilapidated, it doesn't resemble a palace at all anymore.
"The palace is so big, there must be some places that no one lives in, right?" Zhu Hanyu didn't know why there was such a courtyard, but the palace was his home, and he couldn't very well say something bad about it in front of others.

"How about we go back first?" Xu Qingshi looked at the courtyard, feeling a little scared, and said cautiously.
