"Little Darling?!" Madam Tong Guogang smiled, no longer offering any more politeness.
"Yes, that's what the elders call me!" Qingyan sat at the head of the table and noticed that Yin and Tong Guogang were not there.
"Little darling, Fourth Master took my master to the study. We didn't have time to talk before." Madam Tong smiled. Tong Guogang and Fei Yanggu were both military officers and got along well. She disapproved of Jue Luo's actions. Qingyan was a well-behaved child, yet she was being used like this.
Qingyan nodded quickly; the words of Madam Tong warmed her heart.
The two chatted about topics of concern to the women, such as the reduction of the number of unique-level headdresses in Linglong Pavilion. Qingyan smiled and thought that, at least, it wouldn't have any impact on Madam Tong Guogang's side.
As dinner time approached, Qingyan wanted to invite Tong Guogang and his wife to dine with him.
"No, there's plenty of time in the future, Yin. Remember what I said! We can't visit each other all the time, but we can always go out for a meal together!" Tong Guogang's cheerful temperament was quite similar to Fei Yanggu's.
"Yes, Guo Luoma Fa, don't worry, I will take good care of Mother!" After Tong Guogang and Tong Guowei separated their families, their interactions became much less frequent.
Yin and Qingyan personally saw the two off at the door. Soon after, news arrived that Tong Guogang and his wife had come to see Yin and his wife.
