In the bonus mini-drama, Yinzhen was the first to regain consciousness.

The camp was far from peaceful that night. Imperial physicians were busy maneuvering around the princes' tents, and even Yinxiang was given some "medicine".

Qingyan sat obediently by the bedside, her almond-shaped eyes bloodshot. Since transmigrating, Qingyan had never stayed up all night. Imperial Physician Yuan told Qingyan that the Fourth Prince might have a hard time, and that he had used a lot of water to detoxify, which would also cause him some discomfort.

Not far from the bed, there was a dressing table with a copper basin on it. These were all prepared by Su Lan at Qing Yan's request. He had just returned and had taken the medicine sent by Imperial Physician Yuan. He had fallen into a deep sleep and felt increasingly hot.

“Little Darling…” Yin’s hoarse voice startled Qingyan.

She blinked her tired eyes and instantly felt that the night's vigil had been worthwhile.

"Fourth Brother, you're finally awake!" Qingyan was relieved. Every half hour, Qingyan would soak a silk handkerchief in ice water and place it on his forehead to cool him down.

He reached out and held her hand, noticing that her fair little hand was red from the cold and not as warm as usual.

"What happened?" Yin quickly looked at her hands. "Didn't I tell you not to let yourself get cold?"

She gave a tired smile: "Sisi, I'm so glad you're alright!"

He held her small hand tightly, breathing on it repeatedly. His large palm enveloped her skin, rubbing it gently.

"Take care of me, but you must also take care of your own health!" Yin said anxiously.

Qingyan blinked his eyes; his anxiety made her feel much happier.

"Come on, come up here. I'm awake now, you should get some rest too!" Yin said.

Qingyan took off her shoes, climbed over him, and as soon as she lay down on the pillow, she felt exhausted and quickly drifted off to sleep.

Yin tucked the blanket around her and then called Su Peisheng over.

"Master!" Su Peisheng bowed and entered the inner chamber, reporting with his head lowered.

"Why are you making Qingyan take care of me? What are you doing?" Yin was furious. Qingyan was young, didn't they know how to serve her properly?

He repeatedly instructed her that she absolutely must not stay up late, and even more so, she must not touch ice water, but these servants immediately turned on him.

"This servant knows his fault. The Fujin is very stubborn and insists on taking care of you. Even when Su Lan offered to help, she refused outright." Su Peisheng had tried to persuade her, but Qingyan just wouldn't listen.

Yin sighed. Qingyan's temper flared up, and even Sulan and the others couldn't control her.

"What happened?" Yin's mind was blank; he had no memory of yesterday's banquet.

Su Peisheng lowered his head and said, "It was a leader of Mongolia who did it. His Majesty said that he would give all the princes an explanation."

The event happened suddenly, and the first winner was the crown prince, which made Kangxi and others even more nervous, while Yinze didn't care at all.

"Alright, once you get news from the Imperial Household Department, report back immediately. Go check on Yinxiang in his tent. If he's awake, report back on the situation there," Yinxiang said directly.

"!" Su Peisheng breathed a sigh of relief. Yin was not going to pursue the matter of Qingyan anymore. "Later, Imperial Physician Yuan will come to take the master's pulse."

Yin nodded, watching Su Peisheng leave the tent. His eyes were fixed on Qingyan. There were already some purplish marks under her almond eyes. Qingyan had been pampered since she was a child. When had she ever stayed up all night?

"Sigh..." The words that Yin was about to say slowly turned into a sigh.

Her actions warmed his heart, but he had to be firm and tell her that royal masters always had servants around them. If masters did everything themselves, what use would these servants be?

"Go to sleep. By the time you wake up, things should be resolved!" Yin said softly.

After a cup of tea, Imperial Physician Yuan came in. He saw that Qingyan was already fast asleep on the inside of the bed, while Yin sat by the bedside, his phoenix eyes filled with coldness.

"Let's examine Qingyan's hand first!" Yin placed Qingyan's hand on the quilt and asked Imperial Physician Yuan to take a look. Qingyan's health was rarely good, and Imperial Physician Yuan had always taken care of him.

Imperial Physician Yuan examined her briefly and said, "The Princess Consort has come into contact with cold water? And it's been quite some time!"

Yin's face instantly darkened; all of the instructions given by Imperial Physician Yuan before leaving the capital had turned into worry.

"There shouldn't be anything serious, but the Princess Consort's period will probably be very painful this time!" Imperial Physician Yuan was basically trained by Kangxi to be an all-round talent, developing in all aspects.

"Will it harm my body?" Yin was concerned about whether there would be any long-term effects.

Imperial Physician Yuan quickly shook his head, saying that this idea should be fine, but if it took any longer, it might cause some problems.

"Fourth Prince, it would be best to tell the Princess Consort that she should stop using cold or icy things for the next two months," Imperial Physician Yuan offered his sound advice.

Yin nodded, but he was a little anxious. Qingyan liked to drink cold yogurt, and now that it was no longer available, she must be in a bad mood.

Her coquettish little face flashed into his mind.

After examining Qingyan, Imperial Physician Yuan then examined Yin. Among the princes, Yin was probably the most fortunate, as he disliked eating meat and thus absorbed very little of the incompatible "medicines".

"Fourth Master, your condition is alright, but you need to take two more doses of the detoxifying herbal soup!" Imperial Physician Yuan didn't dare to say more and gave a brief reply.

"How are the other brothers?" Yin wanted to know about Yinxiang's condition, but he couldn't act too aggressively in front of Imperial Physician Yuan, otherwise, Yin's side would definitely not fare well.

"None of the princes have regained consciousness yet. The Thirteenth Prince, being too young and having consumed large amounts of meat and wine, will likely be the last to wake up." Imperial Physician Yuan dared not conceal the truth. Kangxi was furious that all the princes had collapsed and had ordered the Imperial Guards to begin a secret investigation.

Yin nodded, exchanged a few pleasantries, and then dismissed Imperial Physician Yuan.

He sat with his eyes closed, leaning against the headboard, recalling the note he had received before the banquet, which said there would be something to do today. It was a message from the Sticky Rod Office. Sure enough, his Sticky Rod Office had already achieved some results.

Very few people in the deep palace could gather information, and the people of the various Mongol tribes were secretly collecting information about the princes' preferences.

His ability to remain safe and sound is related to his vegetarian diet.

Inside the imperial tent, after listening to what Imperial Physician Yuan said, Kangxi was also puzzled as to why Yinzhi was able to wake up ahead of time.

Imperial Physician Yuan repeatedly assured that the Fourth Prince was spared because he was a vegetarian.

Kangxi sighed. With Qingyan around, Yinzhi was quite lucky.

"Alright, keep a close eye on Yinxiang. We absolutely cannot let those servants fool us!" Kangxi directly instructed Imperial Physician Yuan. He also instructed the servants around Yinxiang to take better care of him if they didn't serve him well, in order to prevent any further harm to Yinxiang and the others. Kangxi had no choice but to conceal his favor.

Imperial Physician Yuan quickly agreed, as Su Peisheng had already gone to Yinxiang's side, and the maids around him should not make any further moves.
