Everyone was terrified when they saw this.
The entire North Garden began to bustle with activity.
They were relieved after confirming that Chen Siyuan was truly asleep and had no discomfort.
Chen Siyuan slept for two days straight.
During this time, Chunping was very worried, so she called Dr. Shi to confirm that he was really just asleep, which put them at ease.

Chen Siyuan finally woke up.
She saw Chunlan and Chunping with red, swollen eyes from crying, and said, "What are you doing? Anyone who didn't know better would think I was bullying you."

My grandmother is old; I don't know how she will react when she hears what happened.
“Yuan’er—” Chen Luyang, standing beside him, couldn’t help but speak.
Chen Siyuan turned her head and saw Chen Luyang. She looked him over to make sure he was alright, then let go of her grandmother and smiled at him.

Old Madam Chen is an experienced woman; she has seen her grandson's condition these past few days, and there are many things she won't say in front of others.
"Alright, let's talk inside first."
Madam Chen led Chen Siyuan inside, and Chen Luyang followed.
Lin Ma served them tea and pastries and left quickly.
Only when there were only the three of them did Old Madam Chen speak.
"How did you become a miracle doctor?"
Chen Siyuan didn't know how to explain. Meeting her grandmother's worried gaze, she could only say, "I have a folk remedy."
"How did His Majesty find out?"

That was the only explanation Chen Siyuan could give; she dared not tell the truth to Old Madam Chen.
Chen Luyang watched from the side and noticed his sister's somewhat evasive gaze. He understood what was going on but didn't say anything.
Madam Chen seemed to believe this explanation.
Dr. Shi had a special relationship with Chen Siyuan.
She saw all of this clearly.
"That's good, that's good. It's best not to go to the palace in the future," Old Madam Chen advised from the side.
"I know." The cannibalistic palace was a place she didn't want to step into unless absolutely necessary.
The palace was full of traps, and she worried that even if she got in, she might not be able to leave alive.
And the Emperor's attitude towards her was making her so angry she was practically fuming.
"Grandmother, I have something to say to Yuan'er." Chen Luyang couldn't wait any longer.
He was very worried about what had happened to the Chen family and the palace that day when he was detained. He didn't know how much longer he could hold on if he didn't find out something soon.
"You two talk, I'll go prepare something to eat for you." Old Madam Chen stood up and said to Lin Ma, who was standing outside. Soon, the two of them went to the kitchen together.
