After Chen Zhen found a comfortable position in He Jinshu's arms, he slowly fell into a deep sleep.
He Jinshu lowered his head and kissed Chen Chen's forehead again, then fell asleep with him.
The next morning, Chen Zhen got up early to prepare breakfast, and He Jinshu also got up.
Seeing this, Chen Chen said, "Ashu, you can continue to sleep for a while. I will come and call you after I have made breakfast."
"It's okay, I'll go with you to cook." He Jinshu said while putting on his clothes.
When Chen Zhen heard this, he asked in confusion: "Ashu, what happened to you today?"
In the past, Ah Shu never went to the kitchen to help him cook, and he didn’t even wash the dishes. What happened to him today?

After saying that, he pulled He Jinshu to the kitchen.
When Chen Zhen cooked, He Jinshu helped him light the fire.
He Jinshu can't cook and has basically never washed dishes, but he can make a fire. When he is at home, the most work he does is to help Grandma He make a fire. Grandma He rarely lets him do other work because she knows he needs to study.
While helping Chen Chen light the fire, He Jinshu asked about some pinyin he had learned yesterday.
"Ashu, you have a very good memory." Chen Chen praised.
He Jinshu basically memorized all the 26 letters he just learned yesterday, and pronounced them correctly.
He Jinshu felt a little uncomfortable when Chen Zhen praised him. It was not like no one had ever praised him for his intelligence before, but only Chen Zhen's praise made him happy and embarrassed at the same time.
He Jinshu added some more fire to the stove to hide his discomfort, and then he said to Chen Chen, "When you come back tonight, can you continue teaching me this pinyin?"

"Okay." Chen Zhen nodded and said, "But will studying this now delay your imperial examination?"

When Chen Zhen heard this, it seemed to make sense, so he nodded and said, "Then we can continue studying when we get back in the evening. We can study for an hour every day, and the rest of the time you can study the imperial examination books. If you need any information, I can read it to you, and then you can write it down with your pen."
"Okay." He Jinshu nodded.
After breakfast was ready, the two sat down and started eating.
Today's breakfast is very simple: steamed eggs, scallion pancakes, a plate of stir-fried vegetables, and a bowl of rice porridge.
While eating, Chen Chen asked He Jinshu, "Do you want to eat anything for lunch?"
"How about making a serving of that cold-boiled pig ears? And also that and the shredded chicken?" He Jinshu said after swallowing the steamed egg.
"Okay, then make some braised pork ribs. Three dishes will be enough for us." Chen Chen nodded and said.
Naturally, John Hoffman had no objection.
After dinner, Chen Zhen sent He Jinshu to private school.
When they reached the entrance of the private school, He Jinshu saw that there was no one around, so he quickly kissed Chen Chen and said to him, "I'm going in, you go home."
"Okay." Chen Chen nodded happily.
Ah Shu kissed me, Chen Zhen thought happily in his heart. He actually kissed me at the door of the private school, and he was the one who took the initiative to kiss me.
After watching He Jinshu enter the private school, Chen Zhen turned around and went to the vegetable market to buy vegetables happily.
After buying groceries, Chen Zhen returned home. It was still early and not time to make lunch, so Chen Zhen went into the library to study books.
After reading for about an hour, he came out and started making lunch.
After lunch was ready, he went to the private school to pick up He Jinshu for dinner.
After He Jinshu came out of the private school, he saw Chen Zhen standing in the hot sun and said to him, "You don't have to pick me up at noon in the future. The weather is too hot. You can pick me up in the evening."
"It's okay, Ah Shu, I'm not afraid of the heat." Chen Chen said nonchalantly.
"I feel bad if you stay in the sun like this." He Jinshu took Chen Chen's hand and said with a little disapproval.
Upon hearing this, Chen Chen said happily, "Okay then, I won't come over at noon. I'll pick you up in the evening."
"Okay." He Jinshu nodded and said with a smile.
Afterwards, the two of them went home hand in hand.
While eating, Chen Chen said to He Jinshu, "Work will start at home tomorrow, so I need to go home to check on it. I'll have Mo Yuexuan's waiter deliver the food to your home tomorrow, and you can eat at home then."
"Okay." He Jinshu nodded.
After dinner, He Jinshu helped Chen Chen wash the dishes.
Because lunch time was one hour, He Jinshu saw that it was still early, so he slept at home for a while, and then went to the private school to study.
When they came back in the evening, after dinner, He Jinshu and Shen Zhen went into the library and started studying.
He Jinshu first read the imperial examination book for an hour, and then followed Chen Zhen to learn pinyin for an hour.
