While Li Chuan was still wondering, Tian Rui had already brought out the gift. It was a box of local specialties that his wife had brought back from the countryside. She originally intended to give it to Li Chuan's mother when she met her, but Li Chuan's mother happened to be away on a business trip, so she asked Tian Rui to give the gift to her child to take home.
Tian Rui handed the items to Li Chuan, considering the task complete. Just as he was about to tell Li Chuan to go home early, Li Chuan couldn't help but ask a question.
"Teacher, is the Music Association only open to its internal members?"
Li Chuan was genuinely curious. He remembered that the Music Association had always stipulated that only internal members could enter, and even family members of members had to apply in advance to enter; the management was very strict.
But he clearly saw Shi Qian go in. Shi Qian is an amateur and couldn't possibly be a member of the music association. How could he just go in so casually?
"Yes, each door is equipped with facial recognition, and only internal members can pass through."
"Do you want to go in for a visit? That's really not allowed. Taking you in would be against the rules, and if we get caught, we'll be publicly criticized."
"Don't worry, you play the violin very well, and you have a high chance of passing the end-of-month assessment. Once you pass the assessment, you will be able to come and go freely."
Li Chuan knew that Tian Rui had misunderstood. He didn't want to leave Tian Rui with the impression that he was too hasty and didn't know the rules, so he quickly explained.

Li Chuan was well aware of Shi Qian's situation. Shi Qian only had a poor relative in the countryside. How could he possibly have a family member who could get into the Music Association? If such a person really existed, Shi Qian wouldn't need to rely on the Shi family.
Could it be related to the Shi family? That's probably impossible. If it really was through the Shi family, then the person who got in should be Shi Yan. Li Chuan remembered that Shi Yan once mentioned to him that he wanted to try his luck in the Music Association. Even Shi Yan, the young master of the Shi family, has never been there. How could it be Shi Qian's turn?
Li Chuan thought of the old man who had just taken Shi Qian inside. Could it be that Shi Qian had bribed someone?
"Teacher, are there any elderly men with gray hair in your music association?"
"Gray hair?" Are there any members of the music association like that? Tian Rui remembered that the oldest member of the Yancheng Music Association was only in his forties. He had seen that person a couple of days ago. He had just dyed his hair blue to keep up with the trend. The only person with gray hair was probably Grandpa Liu in the security office.
"No, the old man with gray hair you mentioned is probably Old Liu from the security office."
Security room? Security guard? Was the person who just brought Shi Qian in a security guard from the Music Association?
Li Chuan understood.
Afraid of delaying Tian Rui, Li Chuan quickly thanked Tian Rui and watched him go inside. Then, he took the local specialties and found an inconspicuous corner where he planned to wait for Shi Qian to come out!
He knew that the posts on the forum were not unfounded. Shi Qian had a history of being kept by a sugar daddy. Taking shortcuts with one's body to achieve one's goals was commonplace for someone like Shi Qian.
Shi Qian can't play any musical instrument, and he plays the violin terribly. Even if he gets in with connections, what can he do? Be a pretty face or a mascot?
Li Chuan couldn't figure out why Shi Qian wanted to join the Music Association. Was it to get revenge on him? Was Shi Qian angry because he stood up for Shi Yan?
It's no secret at school that Li Chuan and Shi Yan will be taking the music association exam at the end of the month. Shi Qian ruined Shi Yan's exam opportunity because he was jealous of him. Is he going to take action against Shi Qian now because he spoke up for Shi Yan?
Shi Qian seems to be a vindictive person. He didn't say anything in class that day, just watched Fu Xiuhan stand up for him, and I thought he didn't care. I didn't expect him to be secretly doing these little tricks behind my back!
All that nonchalance was just an act! He was waiting for this all along!
Shi Qian must have bribed the security guards to sneak into the Music Association. Although it's unclear what he'll be doing there, it's certainly not a good thing.
With his assessment just around the corner, if Shi Qian were to try and trip him up, he wouldn't be able to defend himself.
Li Chuan racked his brains, then slapped his forehead and finally realized that Shi Qian must be trying to sneak in to get to know one of the judges and then whisper sweet nothings in his ear to get him rejected during the assessment!
Fortunately, he saw it today; it's truly a blessing in disguise!
He absolutely cannot let such a treacherous villain succeed. Selling his body just to frame him, how despicable!
He slept with a security guard and then a judge. This security guard looked old enough to be his grandfather. He still went for it. He really has no taste!
Li Chuan decided to stake out the area a little longer to see if he could get a picture of Shi Qian. It would be best if he could get a picture of her with someone. He needed to gather evidence and report her to his superiors!
Shi Qian received a message from Yan Zhengming, asking him to go to the Yancheng Music Association building over the weekend to learn about the judging rules.
Having received the money, Shi Qian naturally had to do his job. Since he didn't have anything else to do this weekend, he decided to go for a stroll.
When Shi Qian arrived at the entrance of the Music Association, he sent a message to Yan Zhengming saying that he had arrived. Yan Zhengming told him to just swipe the card he had given him to go in. Shi Qian was in a hurry to come out and didn't know where he had put the card.
So Yan Zhengming told him to wait a moment while he sent someone to pick him up.
