The person didn't recognize Shi Qian. He had only received a report that an outsider had sneaked in during the chaos. Seeing the violin case next to Shi Qian, he assumed it was a candidate who had gone to the wrong place.
"The exam is on the other side; you can't just walk in from here."
Just as Shi Qian was about to explain, the man told him to leave immediately because the exam was about to begin.
Shi Qian forgot to bring his ID card and had nothing to prove his identity. He thought about going upstairs to find a temporary card, but the staff pulled him directly to the assessment waiting area.

The staff member's walkie-talkie was constantly ringing; he was busy communicating the whole time and didn't give Shi Qian a chance to explain. He pulled Shi Qian to the waiting area and left.
Shi Qian was a little confused, and was inexplicably dragged to the assessment site along with her instrument.
