Chapter 477 Seeking Gu Shuo’s Help in Donating Seeds 4

"Why do you care what I want him to do? Why don't you let him come down?"

"This..." The man hesitated.

Ye Qianning was too lazy to listen to their nonsense. He glanced around, twitched his ears slightly, and walked towards the stairs.

"Little girl." Zhan Chi saw the little girl leaving and hurried to chase her.

"Hey, Young Master Zhan, my boss is not here..." Seeing the situation, the man went up and hugged him. His boss had been in a bad mood these past two days, and he would probably be even happier seeing Young Master Zhan.

"Get out of the way. I don't care whether he is here or not." Zhan Chi tore at the man and looked at Ye Qianning anxiously.

"Master Zhan, you can't barge in, or I'll have to call for help."

"Get out of the way! If you don't, I'll smash the water mirror table..."

"Ouch, even if you smash it, I won't let you in. Someone come quickly, Young Master Zhan is beating people up." The man hugged Zhan Chi's waist tightly.

Zhan Chi gritted his teeth and watched the little kid go upstairs.

"Get out of here." The figure disappeared, and Zhan Chi showed no mercy. He picked up the man and threw him over his shoulder.

“Ouch…”

The man fell to the ground and rolled over in pain.

Zhan Chi looked up and saw a group of servants surrounding him.

"Young Master, if you want to smash it, we won't stop you. But I have to remind you that Shuijingtai is a royal property. If the emperor blames you... you'd better think twice before killing Young Master." The steward walked out of the crowd.

Zhan Chi stopped rolling up his sleeves and preparing to attack. If he caused trouble, wouldn't his daughter look down on him even more?

She came to do things, he caused trouble...

Thinking of this, he retracted his action and the anger on his face subsided a little.

The steward smiled when he saw this, and even the royal family did not dare to act rashly in front of the Shuijingtai.

"I'm here to look for Gu Shuo." Zhan Chi said calmly.

"Boss Gu is not here today, so Young Master Zhan should come back another day."

"Not here? Then... make me a pot of tea." Since he is not here, the little girl should be down soon.

The steward hesitated, but did not dare to neglect it: "Master Zhan, please take a seat. I will ask someone to make tea right away."

Zhan Chi glanced at him coldly, walked a few steps forward and sat on a chair.

The steward gave the servant a look, and the servant hurriedly ran to the back.

Ye Qianning went up to the fourth floor and met many people along the way. They all just looked at her strangely but did not stop her.

After reaching the fourth floor, she walked towards the third room on the left. Standing at the door, she vaguely heard someone talking to Gu Shuo. It seemed that Gu Shuo had not spoken since she went upstairs.

She raised her hand and knocked on the door.

"Who?" a voice came from inside the door.

"I."

The childish voice entered the ears of both of them who were inside the door and they were stunned.

The follower frowned, Gu Shuo was stunned, and there was a flash of joy in his eyes.

"Whose child has gone to the wrong place? Let me go and check on him...Young Master?" Before the attendant could finish his words, he saw their young master stand up from his chair like a gust of wind and rush to the door.

Gu Shuo arrived at the door and paused before opening it. Although he knew that it was the little girl who came, he was still a little bit incredulous when he opened the door and saw her standing there.

"Why are you here?" The voice was filled with excitement that could not be concealed.

"I want to talk to you about something. Do you have time now?" Ye Qianning asked.

"Yes, come in." Gu Shuo moved away.

Ye Qianning walked into the room and took a quick look. The room was very simple, with antique shelves on both sides, and each compartment was full.

It looked like they were all account books. There was a round table and chairs in the middle of the room, and a desk at the back.

There is no unnecessary decoration. If it were in modern times, someone like Gu Shuo would be considered a domineering workaholic.
