Chapter 20 The Lawsuit
Chi Chen was loosely hooked by Xu Yan's fingers, but he felt like he couldn't move his feet at all.
When they were dating online, Chi Chen never tried to coax Xu Yan to sleep.
He just hung up the phone without saying a word.
Chi Chen didn't have many stories or experiences to tell, so after thinking for a moment, he chose to hum a lullaby softly.
Xu Yan closed her eyes, her breathing even and shallow, and her fingers unconsciously loosened their grip on him.
As Chi Chen hummed, he put Xu Yan's exposed hand back inside the blanket and tucked it in.
He then turned around to change his clothes and take a shower.
"Where are you going?" Xu Yan's voice sounded lazily from behind.
"Take a shower." Chi Chen turned around and saw Xu Yan slightly open her eyes, looking at him expectantly.
His expression softened unconsciously. "I'll be back soon to sleep with my brother."
"Oh, then I'd better not." After saying that, Xu Yan turned over and wrapped herself up properly.
Chi Chen hesitated for a moment, then silently turned around and went to take a shower.
Of course, he still had to crawl into Xu Yan's bed at night.
I don't know if Xu Yan is asleep or not. Chi Chen had just finished tidying up and lay down next to her when Xu Yan snuggled up to him.
The two embraced tightly in bed and slept soundly through another night.
Until Chi Chen woke up, he suddenly remembered his identity and the message Xu Yan sent during the day.
After Chi Chen shared some fake daily moments with Xu Yan as usual, a trending topic suddenly popped up in the notification bar.

Chi Chen frowned. This was too fast. He didn't believe that no one was pushing things along behind the scenes.
It seems that the trouble I've caused Chen Jiatian recently hasn't been enough.
At that moment, a warm chest pressed against Chi Chen's back, and two arms wrapped around his waist, clasping his chest. "Good morning."
Xu Yan's lazy voice came over.
Chi Chen quickly turned off his phone, pretending nothing had happened. He pulled Xu Yan's groping hand away, "Wanting this so early in the morning?"

Xu Yan gently tugged at the corner of her lips and rubbed her face against Chi Chen's beautiful chest muscles with enjoyment. "Don't worry, this is just a small matter. I have much more evidence."
Chi Chen didn't speak; rather, he couldn't understand why Xu Yan was still calmly comforting him as if nothing had happened.
Did Xu Yan really love him that much?
Chi Chen was almost speechless. He couldn't even ask Xu Yan if she was truly without any emotion. "My childhood friend studied law. I'll pass him on to you."
Xu Yan blinked and said indifferently, "Fine, I'm too lazy to contact them."
Chi Chen pushed the business card over; Xu Yan would need some time to process it after adding it.
He had known this day would come, and had kept a complete compressed file on his phone all along.

It was sent by Chen Shuo.

In the photo, the young Xu Yan is wearing a summer school uniform, soaked to the bone, with strands of hair sticking to her face, her cheeks flushed and her eyes glazed over, and she is posed in a very awkward position.
"Mr. Chi, I already know your identity," Chen Shuo sent a message.

To make up for Xu Yan's lost youth.
