"I'm sorry I'm late."
Xie Zhaodi threw herself into Yun Lian's arms, hugging her slender waist tightly as if grasping at a lifeline.
"It's not too late, as long as you can come."
It's never too late.
Li Qi stood behind Yun Lian, warning the people around them.
"You know what to say when the teacher comes, right?"
Under pressure from the Li family, everyone nodded repeatedly.
If they had known that Xie Zhaodi was not only protected by Miss Yun, but that even the Li family would support her, they would never have been able to stand idly by.
"Little Lianlian, let's take her to the school clinic first. We don't know if she's hurt anywhere."

Going to the infirmary means spending money again.
