Chapter 82 I Am the Buddha

Chapter 83 I am a Buddha

??Dark clouds covered the city, and the red Buddha entered the temple.

??The Great Leiyin Dharma Image behind the old monk Du Shi, although only ten feet in length, is not as long as the torso of the largest Buddha statue in front of him, but the aura it exudes has already overwhelmed all the Buddhas.

??Among all the gods and Buddhas in the sky, not a single one dared to face the red Buddha holding thunder in his hand.

??"Amitabha."

??Du Shi muttered in a low voice, and murderous intent arose. The Red Buddha waved his thick arms, and the thunder turned into a spear and threw it out suddenly.

In an instant, several Buddha shadows were pierced through, and countless temples behind them collapsed one after another. For a moment, dust flew up and tiles splashed everywhere. Among them, countless Buddha statues were torn apart by thunder, leaving only ruins.

??Extreme destructive power, without any mercy from Buddha.

"Jingming, put down your butcher knife and become a Buddha right now."

??The big Buddha sitting in the center clapped out his hand, and his palm was infinitely enlarged. He could see every line on his palm, and every outline was infinitely elevated, like layers of mountains.

??Buddha's light is emanating from above, and if you look closely, you can see the scriptures flowing inside, and the aroma of incense creates a sacred mountain.

??Immediately afterwards, all the Buddhas in the sky fell into it, occupying the fruit position, looking down at him from high above.

??Three-inch palm is the most difficult magical power to learn in Buddhism. It is said that when one reaches the highest level, one can create small worlds in the palm of one's hand.

??One leaf is a bodhi, one flower is a world.

??The three-inch palm of this great Buddha who walked out of the Bodhi realm is obviously more powerful.

Monk Du Shi recognized this aura. An elder in his sect once gave him a thumb-sized relic, which contained the Buddhist philosophy of a certain Buddhist predecessor.

??This elder's Dharma name is Changkong, and his cultivation has reached the level of a god. He is not only one of the few Buddhist monks who have learned the Three-Inch Palm, but also the only one who has been able to evolve the world in his palm for thousands of years. His Three-Inch Palm is a real small world, and it is said that at its peak, there were more than ten thousand people practicing in it.

??And Du Shi also glimpsed a glimpse of the truth from it and comprehended the Three-Inch Palm. This is enough to show that his comprehension of the Three-Inch Palm has reached the pinnacle.

"Jingming, my Buddha is merciful. Put down your butcher knife and become a Buddha right away."

??The same words sounded again, but they were completely different from before.

The sound of the Buddha was so loud that it became a scripture in his ears, whispering in his ears. It seemed to be the true meaning of Buddhism. Just hearing it made his breath rise, and a Buddhahood was flying towards him.

"May I ask the Buddha, what does it mean to put down the butcher knife and become a Buddha right away? If a wicked person kills everyone in the world, can he still become a Buddha after putting down the butcher knife? Can the wicked person's killing karma also be resolved?"

Du Shi opened his eyes slightly, and all the Buddhist sounds were instantly shattered. Another Buddha nature emerged spontaneously, instantly crushing the Mahayana Buddhism into dust, as if it was born to deal with the Mahayana Buddhism.

??The Great Leiyin Book, the cause and effect of this life are concluded in this life, do not ask about the past life and do not seek the next life.

The Buddha replied: "As you asked, the different retributions are all due to the different intentions in previous lives. If you commit sins in this life, you will have to pay for them in the next life. Putting down the butcher knife is just to reduce the sins."

"How is there an afterlife?"

"The cycle of all things never ends."

"Where is reincarnation?"

"If you are free from reincarnation and attain Buddhahood, you will not be subject to reincarnation and will never die."

"The Mahayana Dharma is the barking of a dog."

??One of the hands of the Great Thunder Sound Dharma Image is raised straight up, with lightning flashing on the bulging muscles, and the other hand is pulled back.

?? His body was like a galloping horse, his arms like steel spears. With just a slight bend of his knees, this downward step made the whole world tremble.

??Sizzle!

??The thunder turned into a strong bow, and the rolling thunder turned into a straight arrow, pointing directly at the Buddhas sitting on the lotus.

The corners of the red Buddha's mouth slightly cracked, as if he was smiling but not smiling, and he was extremely arrogant. He had lost his last precious image of dignity, and looked less like a Buddha and more like a human, an arrogant thug.

??"presumptuous!"

The big Buddha shouted angrily and slapped out with one palm. The whole small world pressed down on the old monk. It was just like the collapse of heaven and earth.

??He was completely furious. This old monk had completely turned his back on Buddhism and Mahayana Buddhism. There was not a single bit of Buddha nature in him.

??The Great Thunder Sound Dharmakāya also released the hand that was pulling the bowstring, and thunder flew thousands of miles away. The huge arrow carried tens of millions of thunders, tearing apart countless Buddhas and piercing through layer after layer of the shackles of the small worlds.

??It is unstoppable, like thunder from the sky.

??This thunder was inherited from the Little Five Thunders Orthodox Method, which was a thunder method that had never been seen before and would never be seen again. It was born from repeated killings, without cultivating one's life, but only pursuing the ultimate attack.

??This also enabled him to achieve his ultimate offensive advantage.

??When he first saw it, Du Shi understood that this thunder did not belong to the mortal world.

??Only the light of thunder remained between heaven and earth. The mountains folded by the palm collapsed inch by inch. The Buddhas in the sky blocked the thunder like moths to a flame, and died like moths to a flame.

??It eventually shattered the Buddha's precious lotus, causing it to fall into the mortal world, and there would no longer be any so-called fruit position.

??The big Buddha sat cross-legged in the void, his solemn face still showed no sadness or joy, but his voice was not entirely the same.

"You thunder..."

??Fear, there was a hint of fear in the vast Buddhist sound.

If his guess was correct, then this big Buddha was the former Changkong Buddha, or more precisely, the incarnation of the Buddha Dharma. Changkong Buddha had died a long time ago, but it was the Bodhi Realm that made him think that he was Changkong, a form of near obsession that kept him alive.
