Chapter Two: Mangxing University

A van pulled up at the campus gate. Lin Weiwei checked the detector on her watch; it hadn't moved an inch. It seemed the tracking of the target had failed, and now she could only wait for rescue. She was hiding at Mangxing University to better demonstrate her identity. Maple leaves fell to the ground at the campus gate. As soon as the bell rang, all the students rushed inside with their backpacks. Not bad! The environment was quite nice. Carrying bags of clothes and personal items, she saw a real estate company across the street. Seeing her designer clothes, the staff warmly greeted her.

Lin Weiwei completely ignored what the salesperson was saying, focusing only on looking at the villas. They were all too far from the school; no way, she shook her head. But then she saw a charming three-story villa in the backyard of the college and pointed to it.

"Ah... this is expensive. It's a fully furnished villa in the school district, but the owner needs the money urgently and wants three million in cash." The salesperson spoke softly because rich people prefer new houses and wouldn't buy a second-hand villa. Besides, the salesperson guessed that this girl was just spending her parents' money.

"Swipe the card, that's it. Move the clothes inside and give me the key." She never listens to any more nonsense. Girls just love buying and selling; it's really annoying if someone keeps nagging behind them.

"Oh! Really? Uh... is there money in this card?"

He was holding a gleaming gold lottery card, one he'd never seen before. He swallowed hard, wondering if the card belonged to a kept student. Just then, the manager walked by, quickly slapped him on the head, glanced at the PIN on the back, and swiped the card with the POS machine. Sure enough, it was a full-payment villa! Everyone present gasped in astonishment, pulling out their phones to post on social media: "Today, a beautiful young lady has happily purchased a three-million-dollar villa in full!"

Lin Weiwei was getting angry. She sat down at the table and slowly wrote out the purchase contract. When they asked for her ID card, they were all dumbfounded...

This is an electronic transparent chip card ID card. It's so high-end, it must be from overseas, right?

Holding the villa keys and the purchase contract, she tossed her clothes to them and left. Passing cars immediately stopped when they saw her, muttering, "Don't you even watch where you're going?"

But when she turned her head, her cold eyes were filled with murderous intent, which frightened the driver so much that he lightly stepped on the gas and drove past.

She took a deep breath. How many years had it been since she'd been to school? Yes! Lin Weiwei had no memory of it. She had been raised by the special forces since birth. Who could have imagined that she would have to learn to walk and talk before she was even a year old? While other children started first grade at six, she had to finish all the elementary school courses by the age of six. She had no happy childhood memories. Only through hardship could she rise above others and earn the title of the most outstanding "Special Agent 001." That's right, she was the battle-hardened girl carefully cultivated by Mercury.

She asked the gatekeeper where the Education Commission office was, then barged straight into the principal's office. The principal was making coffee, and she was so startled that her wig almost fell into the cup. He pulled up his pants and took out a tissue to wipe his glasses. What an impolite girl... and she had no smile, cold and unpleasant. I need to teach her a lesson so she'll know how to respect her elders.

Principal Lin ignored the girl who barged in, crossed his legs and looked at the newspaper, seemingly pretending not to see her.

"I want to study. Here is 500,000 yuan for my tuition, living expenses, and book fees." Without saying another word, he threw the card on the principal's desk.

The gatekeeper was stunned. Studying at Mangxing University wouldn't require that much money; even a regular university degree would be too much. He immediately called over a group of teachers to come and see the student.

So, all the teachers who weren't in class came to watch. They saw this girl with long, shiny black hair, who looked only sixteen or seventeen years old but was already about 1.7 meters tall. She was incredibly bold to barge into the principal's office.

"Which class am I in? Who is my homeroom teacher?" Lin Weiwei had no doubts about the principal. Was there not enough money? The tuition that Ruier Kingdom paid for her for one semester at the Special Agent Academy was this much! She needed to save some money for living expenses until she returned to Mercury, right?

At this moment, a man with short hair and glasses, but with beautiful big eyes, an oval face, a slender figure, and a sporty casual style of dress, adjusted his glasses and picked up a bank card from the table. "Young man, you don't need that much money to study here. Where are your parents? Why didn't they come to process your transfer?"

"I have no parents," Lin Weiwei put away her bank card. What are parents? To her, the country of Riel is her mother, and the people are her father.

What kind of awful place is this? Why is it so troublesome to go to school? We even have to call our parents.

Everyone looked at the principal with pity. Only then did Principal Lin put away the newspaper. "Tell me," he said, "why should our school accept you?"

"Because I will become the most powerful student in history, number one in academics, number one in the city, and even number one in the province. Moreover, I will protect Mangxing University!" Lin Weiwei said without missing a single word. If she wanted to get close to the president and ask him to help her return to Mercury, the only thing she needed to do was to attract attention and have a certain degree of persuasiveness in society. I don't believe that the flowers of the motherland can be a reason to meet the president.

After hearing this, Principal Lin and many teachers burst into laughter, except for the female teacher who had spoken to her with a pleasant voice. She didn't laugh and instead gave her an appreciative look.

"Where is your file? Which prestigious school did you attend before? What makes you so arrogant?" Principal Lin walked up to her. He had seen many students, and she was the only one who was so arrogant and haughty.

Without thinking, Lin Weiwei replied, "No!"

"So you're self-taught, huh?" Principal Lin snorted and slammed his hand on his desk, knocking over a coffee cup. Every transfer student has a file, but this person actually said he didn't.
