Chapter 11 She Arranges Things for the Tribe (1)

Minister Dorenda rushed back from outside the city. After a brief exchange of pleasantries, Hua Ansu told him about the beast tide and presented him with the obsidian.

Minister Dorenda held the obsidian, deeply moved, "This child, so thoughtful..."

He asked with concern, "Will he be alright staying there?"

Hua Ansu's eyes flickered. "Probably not."

But she felt it wouldn't be simple; how could a beast tide happen for no reason? A-I-Gu must be hiding something from her.

She mentioned other things, "Grandpa Minister, you're a mecha... uh, a blacksmith, right? I heard from Babu that you made all the armor and stuff in the tribe."

Minister Dorenda smiled wryly, "He only knows a little bit. If we're talking about expertise, Aygu is the real genius in this field. He's the one who strengthened the tribe's defenses."

"If it weren't for A-I-Gu's help in repairing it back then, the protective shield wouldn't have been able to withstand it today."

Hua Ansu nodded inwardly. A-Yi-Gu was indeed a gifted mecha pilot. Just looking at the barrier in the monkey troop, it was extraordinary. He was self-taught and a promising young man.

"So how many blacksmiths, healers, and warriors does the tribe have?"

"Few people have the time or energy to study these things. There are no more than five blacksmiths in the entire area, and they are all just slackers. The doctors are all women..."

"As for the best, to be honest, I am the best at forging, my wife is the best healer, and Babu is the strongest warrior."

"...Deserts are usually barren, with hardly any vegetation, and medicinal herbs are scarce. As for the minerals you mentioned, I've never seen any..."

"We were originally planning to go into the forest to check the situation, since winter is coming soon and it will be even harder to find food then..."

Minister Dorenda tried his best to explain the tribe's current situation. He had a feeling that this girl who suddenly appeared would be the savior; she could be the forger of the astrological chart!

He talked a lot, and Hua Ansu listened attentively. Suddenly, he smiled and said, "Didn't you ever doubt my arrival?"

For example, her home planet, including herself, is wary of any interstellar invader.

Minister Dorenda shook his head. “Of course I’ve been worried, but what good is being afraid? Every year, many people in the tribe die of disease or starvation. That’s what I should be worried about right now.”

He looked into Hua Ansu's eyes and said, "And I trust my own eyes. You and A-Yi-Gu are both good kids."

Hua Ansu was taken aback. A good child? She's now a criminal exiled for stealing the divine potion.

She sat upright and said, “Grandpa Minister, you saved me and took care of me for so long. I am very grateful and will remember it. So I’m telling you frankly, I accidentally came here and I may not be able to go back. So don’t worry, I won’t do anything to hurt you.”

"If you are willing to believe in me, then I will ensure that the people of the tribe have no worries about food, clothing, or illness, and completely get rid of poverty."

Minister Dorenda was deeply moved by Hua Ansu's heartfelt words. "What are you saying? If it weren't for you, Ansu, this place might have been swept away by the storm yesterday. How could I not believe you?"

"Don't be shy, just tell me what you need. From now on, you are the deputy minister of the tribe!"

Hua Ansu coughed. "Isn't it unnecessary to be the vice minister? Actually, I only need two things. First, I need the astrological chart. Second, I need to lead the elite team. What do you think?"

Minister Torrenda was taken aback. "That simple? No other requirements?"
