[I won't be updating these days, but I'll still post some random thoughts, like my understanding of the characters, character analysis. I'll be posting more slowly on these things, so please don't criticize me if you don't like them. Thanks again.]
Negative emotions are always kept to herself. Perhaps it was from the day she came to the Jin family at the age of five that her life was destined to be ignored.
Although she is sensible, optimistic, positive and optimistic.
For so many years, the people in his Jin family kept her in the dark like a fool.
But so what? She never lacked the courage to start over.
After taking a shower, Jin Suting remembered that Shi Shi was still drunk just now, so she picked up her landline and dialed her number. "The number you dialed cannot be connected at the moment..."
A cold female voice came from the phone. "Is he asleep?" Jin Suting called again, but still no one answered. Worried, she jumped up, grabbed her coat, and headed out. She remembered where Shi Shi often drank. It was only past one o'clock now, and she wasn't sure if she could get a taxi.
Jin Suting walked out of the community. It was past one o'clock and there were few vehicles on the quiet road at night. She stood at the traffic light intersection waiting for the red light to go out.
More than ten minutes later, Jin Suting luckily got a taxi.
The taxi stopped in front of a store called "Heidian". Jin Suting paid the fare, thanked the driver and got off.
"Heidian" is a bar where Shi Shi worked as a resident singer during her sophomore year. It was also here that she met her straight boyfriend. After graduation, she found other jobs and rarely performed there. However, Shi Shi still likes this place very much and comes here whenever she feels down.
Jin Suting walked quickly into the bar and saw Shi Shi in a dark corner.
She was drunk and dialing a number on her cell phone. Jin Suting walked closer to hear what she was saying.
But she noticed the man next to her. It was Shi Shi's boyfriend. It seemed he wasn't that bad after all, even looking for a girlfriend. Jin Suting didn't know him well, as he was incredibly shy. How could a girl as impulsive as Shi Shi be with such a quiet guy? Jin Suting couldn't understand.
"Jin Suting, why the hell didn't you answer my call???!" Shi Shi sat up and cursed, which scared her boyfriend. He quickly pulled her towards him for fear of scaring other guests.
Jin Suting walked over domineeringly. How could she answer the call when her phone was left at someone else's house? "Shi Zhu, hurry up and get up."
Shi Shi looked up and saw that it was her. She immediately smiled and laughed so hard that she fell over: "You're here~"
Jin Suting straightened her up and asked, "How much did you drink?" She glanced at the scattered bottles on the floor and asked, "You didn't drink a dozen, did you?"
Shi Shi nodded dazedly, then immediately shook her head and held up two fingers, "No, just two bites, just two bites."
Don't tell me you picked up all those bottles on the floor out of kindness! I don't believe that!
Jin Suting turned back to her boyfriend and said, "Hurry up and take your girlfriend home. You don't care about her drinking so much. You have no sense of responsibility at all."
The boyfriend took Shi Shi, carried her on his back, and walked out of the bar step by step.
Jin Suting can drink a lot and can almost drink a thousand cups without getting drunk. Of all types of alcohol, she loves cocktails.
Because it was late, she casually ordered a very low-alcohol cocktail. She originally wanted to savor it carefully, but she ended up drinking it faster and faster, so she simply drank it all in one gulp.
After finishing her drink, Jin Suting didn't feel anything. As she walked out of the bar, the cold wind blew in her face, making her shiver. Even the summer night was quite cold.
On the way back, Jin Suting didn't take a taxi. The streets of Fengcheng at two in the morning were actually quite beautiful. Jin Suting had seen Fengcheng at this time before. She remembered that when her first draft was accepted by the editor and she was notified that the book could be published, she thought she had received a scam call.
Later, the editor urged her to submit her manuscripts, threatening her to commit suicide. She often did not sleep until three or four in the morning.
