Funing City Gate.
As the night deepened, Yu Seung-ho brought Jin Suting here together.
"Who are you?!" The guard stopped the two.
Jin Suting had a veil on her face. After she took it off, the guard was startled and whispered a few words to the person next to him. The person then opened the city gate and went in.
In less than an incense stick of time, Helan Yinsheng came out of the city gate in person.
Seeing that he was alone, Jin Suting asked, "What about the terms of exchange?"
Helan Yinsheng smiled and said, "I will not break my promise. Bring the person up here."
Soon, Shi Qingmiao came out from behind the city gate with little Changyan and Helan Minzhi.
Yu Chenghao quickly rushed over to support Helan Minzhi, but saw a chill in her eyes. He didn't dare to look into her eyes again.
"Helan Ruizhe didn't come in person?" Helan Yinsheng sneered. "His two good sisters and nephew didn't come to pick him up in person?"
Jin Suting gave him a cold look and said, "Stop talking nonsense. I'll just go with you."
Shi Qingmiao stamped her feet in anger: "Sister-in-law, are you stupid? Brother will come to save us!"
Jin Suting shook her head at her with a meaningful look in her eyes.
Shi Qingmiao stopped talking, hugged little Changyan and followed Yu Chenghao away.
Only Jin Suting and Helan Yinsheng were left in front of the city gate, oh, and a group of guards.
"Helan Yinsheng, I'm warning you...ah!" Jin Suting was knocked unconscious instantly and fell into Helan Yinsheng's arms.
He smiled coldly: "I won't let you go so easily this time."

Helan Ruizhe was furious when he found out that Jin Suting was missing, and he had Yu Chenghao beaten with 20 boards. The beating made him much weaker.
Shi Qingmiao was unable to persuade Helan Ruizhe. She knew that his brother would become very irrational once he encountered something about her sister-in-law.
Yu Chenghao accepted the beating. He even thought of a more severe punishment than this. After all, he was the one who personally delivered Jin Suting to Helan Yinsheng. If it were him, he would have killed her.
Helan Minzhi came to apply medicine to him. Although he was cold, he still cared about him.
When the army learned that the queen had replaced the hostages, morale dropped significantly, but they were encouraged again when their families were temporarily safe.
But Jin Suting was not as optimistic as imagined.

Helan Yinsheng won't be back tonight, so this is the best time for you to escape."
Jin Suting was bewildered. Yu Qinglan was saying this to help her escape. Wasn't she Helan Yinsheng's?
"Why are you helping me?" Jin Suting still believed what Yu Qinglan said, but she wanted to know why Yu Qinglan did this.
