Jin Suting waited alone in the hall, clutching her lower right abdomen in agony. It really hurt, actually. This damn appendix, I'll just have to remove it later. No, no, surgery hurts too. Jin Suting had a conflicted expression; it was so hard to choose.
Shi Shi looked at Jin Suting from the queue and saw the wonderful expression on her face. She burst out laughing. Oh, how could her old Jin be so cute~
The registration process was very quick. Before Jin Suting could think clearly, Shi Shi came back and took her to the surgery department.
The doctor was a kind-looking old man in his fifties. He said, "Girl, you have appendicitis and you need surgery." Jin Suting suddenly became dispirited and said weakly to the doctor, "Doctor, can you give me more anesthesia?"
Doctor: “…”
Shi Shi was speechless and choked with emotion. Under the "concerned" gaze of the doctor, she carried Jin Suting out in the same way she had carried her in.
Appendectomy was just a minor operation, but when Jin Suting entered the operating room, she was like a soldier rushing to the battlefield. She held Shi Shi's hand and said a lot of things, such as "Shi Shi, if I can't get out, you have to help me continue to support my idol~" and "Shi Shi, there is my favorite abalone noodles at the bottom of the kitchen cabinet. If I can't get out, you have to help me finish it~" and "Shi Shi, if I die in there..."
"Stop!" Shi Shi interrupted her. On the other hand, Jin Ting looked at Shi Shi with an innocent face.
"Sister, this is just a minor operation with a very high success rate, okay? Don't worry, if you die in there today, I will inherit your Huabei and your spicy noodles."
The nurse who observed a moment of silence: "..." We just couldn't bear to watch.
Shi Shi simply pushed her in. Jin Suting's screams were cut off by the closed operating room door. Shi Shi laughed, what a dramatic actor!
Half an hour later, Jin Suting was wheeled out. The doctor, who had performed countless appendectomies, told Shi Shi, "The operation was a success." He then glanced at Jin Suting, who was still unconscious, still struggling with the effects of the medication. "She'll be awake soon, so don't worry too much, family members."
Shi Shi thanked her and accompanied the nurse to transfer Jin Suting to the general ward.
Shi Shi played mobile games for a while, and Jin Suting woke up.
I opened my eyes drowsily. The anesthetic had worn off and the wound was aching slightly.
Shi Shi's hand, which was numbed by playing with her mobile phone, moved. Shi Shi subconsciously changed the action of leaning over to leaning on the stool, and occasionally said a few dirty words about games, without noticing that Jin Suting had woken up.
Jin Suting's dry throat moved and she called her, "Shi Shi."
"What are you doing? Hit him! Hit him! I'm going to be killed twice. Save me quickly! Hurry up!" Jin Suting concluded that women who are addicted to games are more terrifying than men who are addicted to games.
Shi Shi was beaten to death. Waiting for the resurrection time, she finally had time to look up at Jin Suting who had woken up. Scratching her head irritably, she asked her, "When did you wake up? Why didn't you call me?"
Jin Suting complained inwardly, "I called out, you're being double-killed, didn't you hear me?" But a pale, powerless smile appeared on her face: "I want to drink some water."
"You can't drink water until you pass gas." Shi Shi glanced at the resurrection timer, which was 20 seconds away. "You can't eat either."
Looking at the hero whose health was fully restored, he continued, "I'll go call a doctor for you~" and then went out with his eyes glued to the phone.
Jin Suting looked at the mobile phone on the bedside table, picked it up, clicked on the number she had placed in the last column of the contacts, hesitated for a moment, pressed the dial button, and put the receiver to her ear.
There were two beeps on the other end, and as usual, the call was hung up.
Jin Suting took the phone away from her ear, stared at the word "Dad" who hung up her call a few seconds ago, bit her lip, and her eyes were still red.
Shi Shi quickly brought the doctor over. Shi Shi noticed that Jin Suting was in a bad mood and asked her what was wrong. It was the time to go out and call a doctor, but her eyes were obviously red.
"I'm fine," Jin Suting said after the doctor examined her. "It just hurts at the incision."
"Little girl, this is normal. You've been anesthetized." The doctor said with a familiar expression.
Jin Suting smiled in agreement, and Shi Shi didn't ask any more questions.
Later, Jin Suting recovered smoothly, even though she was only taken care of by Shi Shi.
