Chapter 14 killed

Chapter 14 killed

Zi'er breathed a sigh of relief; she had thought her fifth sister was going to forcibly take her back to Heaven. "Fifth sister, I understand. I will go back as soon as possible," she said obediently.

Qing'er nodded. "That's good. Don't delay any longer. I'll be going now." Before Zi'er could reply, she flashed away.

Qing'er didn't return to the Heavenly Court. Instead, she went to the market and used magic to minimize her presence; otherwise, all eyes would have been on her. She wanted to learn about the mortal world, so it wasn't appropriate for her to attract too much attention. Looking at the bustling crowd, a smile unconsciously crept onto her lips. It had been a long time since she'd seen such a lively scene, and she quickly blended into the crowd.

After wandering around for most of the day, she prepared to go back. She had gained something from the day; the emperor in the mortal realm was actually a wise ruler, and she felt that she could change her previous thoughts.

Setting up a sect is too much trouble. She could weave a dream for the emperor, telling him where there are high-yield grains, along with some recipes, and ask him to promote them, ensuring food and drink for the people and improving their lives. Then, she could find a place to erect a cultivation technique stele, so that anyone who isn't malicious could obtain the techniques to cultivate. Wouldn't that accumulate merit? Isn't it simpler than opening a sect?

"Hehe! I'm so smart." Qing'er laughed smugly, hands on her hips. Although she had lowered her profile, she wasn't invisible; she stood there grinning foolishly, hands on her hips, while the people around her stared at her like she was crazy. Feeling their gazes, she awkwardly stopped smiling and quickly left.

As soon as Qing'er arrived at the South Heavenly Gate, she saw Thousand-Mile Eyes and Wind-Following Ears chatting aimlessly while looking at the sky and the earth.

"Hey, look at the beautiful scenery over there!" There was nothing in front of them, just a white cloud.

“Yes, yes,” echoed Shunfeng'er.

"Hears that can hear the wind and eyes that can see a thousand miles!" Qing'er saw them like this and a sly glint flashed in her eyes. She leaned close to their ears and shouted.

"Thousand-Mile Eye, did you hear anyone speaking?" Shunfeng Ear asked Thousand-Mile Eye with a slight twitch at the corner of his mouth.

"No, who's talking? You must have misheard." Qianliyan looked up and down, but wouldn't look to the side.

"Possibly." All-Hearing nodded and continued chatting with All-Seeing.

Qing'er watched them pretend not to see her and walked away, bored.

The two, with their keen ears and far-sighted eyes, exchanged a glance and breathed a sigh of relief. This fifth princess was still as mischievous as ever.

"Fifth Sister (Fifth Sister), you're back." As soon as Qing'er arrived at Fairy Pavilion, the other sisters noticed her and immediately surrounded her, including her second sister, Cheng'er.

"Second Sister has only been in seclusion for a few days? How come she's already out?" Qing'er thought to herself. But then again, the Peach Banquet is about to begin.

She was about to say something when she noticed her sisters were looking outside. It was obvious what they were looking at without even thinking. "Stop looking, Seventh Sister hasn't come back."

"Um... Fifth Sister, you didn't hit Seventh Sister, did you?" Huang'er asked cautiously. The other sisters also looked at Qing'er.

"No"

"Did you hear that?" Everyone breathed a sigh of relief. "What about Dong Yong?" Greenie asked curiously. "Could Fifth Sister have gone down there and done nothing?"

Seeing their curious eyes, a smile flashed in Qing'er's eyes, but she still said expressionlessly, "Killed them."

"Huh?" Everyone was stunned. Lan'er stammered, "Really...really killed?" What about Seventh Sister?

"Mmm," Qing'er responded.

Hong'er also became a little nervous. "What about Seventh Sister?"
