Chapter 26 New Heavenly Rules
Two days later, new celestial rules were announced: those who wished to descend to the mortal realm had to report to Venus (Taibai Jinxing); those with someone they liked had to consult the Old Man of the Moon (Yue Lao) to see if they were destined to be together.
