Crocodile God Sobek!
He happened to be one of the few white card players she knew, and his ability was to summon the Grim Reaper.
“Maria?” The boss’s gaze shifted from Sobek. “Didn’t she just come here last month? What, have you fallen in love with Prague?”
The boss had a friendly, teasing smile on his face.
'It's over!' Aferona thought with a start.
Above the boss's head, ripples appeared in the space, and the Grim Reaper, clad in a black robe and wielding a white bone scythe, flew out from the water.
Death gently raised its hand, and a line of blood appeared between the boss's brow, nose, and chin. He was still unaware that he was dead, and the smile on his face continued to deepen.
Aferona dodged, avoiding the Grim Reaper who had unexpectedly come close.
Outside the door and on the second floor of the guesthouse, a group of bodyguards in black suddenly appeared and opened fire on Sobek.
"Clang! Clang! Clang!" The Grim Reaper's scythe swung, precisely intercepting all the bullets that could have hit Sobek.
The boss let out a terrified scream, and with the scream, his head suddenly split open in two.
With the cover of her bodyguards in black, Maria Aferona fled without looking back.
Once on the street, she walked briskly through the crowd, and soon she saw Sobek behind her, having dealt with the bodyguard in black.

Throughout the journey, Maria Aferona's scalp trembled, her head tingled, and the hairs on her body stood on end.
The air in my lungs seemed to condense into clumps, making breathing, such a simple and natural thing, heavy and difficult.
Chaos suddenly erupted ahead as a giant spiky tortoise in the Vltava River sprayed water cannons at the Charles Bridge.
A saint on Charles Bridge dodged left and right, occasionally lifting up other saint statues and hurling them at the Thorn Tortoise.
With a dull thud like a shell hitting water, Aferona escaped from Sobek's sight, following the crowd.
She almost crashed into a car as she stopped it.
"Drive!" Aferona got into the passenger seat, slammed the door shut, and gasped for breath.
The car started slowly, its speed hesitant, something was definitely wrong.
"Be natural! If you attract attention, I'll kill you!" she hissed.
"From...nature?"
Aferona didn't have time to waste words with passersby and shouted, "Sing!"
The driver hesitated for a moment, then raised his right hand, snapped his fingers, and sang:
"Please give my sweetheart a mojito; I love reading her eyes when she's slightly tipsy. And my coffee, not too much sugar..."
