The two sides signed the treaty on the spot.
The treaty is notarized by the value game and guaranteed to be valid, unless the 'winner' has nothing better to do and turns their attention here than to the future.
But such a thing is almost impossible.
The 'winner' should absolutely uphold this history of the value game, and any life that dares to alter this history in the slightest will be severely punished.
Just like someone who wins the grand prize in a lottery, they won't allow anyone to disrupt the order of the draw in the past.
Just as everyone was overjoyed, a Japanese soldier suddenly walked in and whispered in Yamada's ear.
Yamada's expression immediately changed, and he gave the Onmyoji beside him a wink.
The Onmyoji formed hand seals, and a red barrier spread out, enveloping the entire conference room before disappearing and becoming invisible to the naked eye.
"What's going on?" The ministers and nobles remained calm, watching quietly as the other party completed all of this.
After the Gods' Adventure Guild appears, anyone who can become a minister is definitely a master.
"I'm sorry!" Yamada said in a slightly hurried tone, "I just received news that the Adventurers' Guild has issued a quest to find the immortal Li Qianxia."
“Oh, I heard about this Iron-level quest before I came here,” one adventurer said.
"We must let her go!" Yamada's voice, though trying to remain calm, betrayed an undisguised anxiety. "Human Immortals are equivalent to Iron-level adventurers in this world. It's absolutely unacceptable to leave such a dangerous individual in this world!"
"Watch your tone," a thin nobleman said coldly.
"I'm sorry." Yamada took two deep breaths and looked at the king at the head of the table. "Your Majesty, please believe me. We cannot let Li Qianxia stay in this world."
"She can communicate with Earth and establish teleportation arrays between the two worlds?" the Queen asked curiously.
“She doesn’t need a teleportation array,” the priestess said.
“You should be glad it was her who came,” the samurai said with a hint of sarcasm.
The prince paused for a moment, then said, "An Iron-level adventurer is naturally more powerful than all of us, but what can she do all by herself?"
“It could destroy the world,” Yamada said.
The meeting room fell silent.
"Give her the information," Yamada clenched his fists tightly, "spread the word that there are no Iron-rank adventurers in this world, and make her leave immediately!"
"Destroy the world?" A nobleman leaned back and smiled contemptuously. "Do you know how big this world is? Even a dragon knight couldn't do it in a hundred years."
“Your Majesty, this may be an opportunity,” the heavily armored warrior suddenly said.
The king gestured for him to continue.
"Judging from Yamada's reaction, Earthlings are terrified of Immortals." The heavily armored warrior glanced at the sweating Yamada. "Since Immortals are so powerful, let's duel with them and crush their spirit!"
"A...a duel?"
The Japanese were dumbfounded, and even the samurai stared wide-eyed.
The prince smiled at the Japanese girl with a long sword at her waist and said jokingly, "We are also very confident in the strength of the dragon knights."
Yamada appeared very flustered, and the Queen, unable to contain her curiosity, asked him, "Mr. Yamada, do you know how powerful a Human Immortal is?"
"No, the immortal didn't make a move, but..." Yamada didn't know what he could use to convince them.
"The Dragon Knight's strength far exceeds level five. We will also give him the strongest weapon, the best armor, and the most powerful magic scroll."
“Even if we lose, it doesn’t matter. This can serve as a reminder to us how cautious we should be when facing Earth,” one minister said, and the others burst into laughter.
“We don’t care about winning or losing,” the prince smiled. “Winning would be even better, of course. May I ask that your country invite a celestial being to duel with us?”
“Your Highness,” Yamada hurriedly said, “the Earth Alliance will arrive tomorrow!”
“We’ll close the portal now,” a mage hidden in his robes said. “I’ll give you a small, directional teleportation array that only allows one person to teleport at a time, so that Earth can send its strongest immortal.”
“Mr. Yamada,” the Queen said teasingly, her slender, white hands clasped together, gently supporting her chin, “we will not set up an ambush at the teleportation array exit.”
“If we win,” one minister added with a smile.
“I’ve tried my best,” a minister said, feigning frustration and resignation, “but I still can’t imagine the scene of the dragon knight losing.”
Everyone burst into laughter again.
The Queen gently waved her hand, signaling them to be quiet. She looked at Yamada and said, "Mr. Yamada, you will surely send a celestial being over, won't you?"
Yamada calmed down.
These people may not really care about winning or losing the gladiatorial contest; they just want to "capture" an Iron-level adventurer. They don't believe that a nation can't defeat a human immortal.
He also looked at the queen: "Is the duel necessary, no matter what?"
“A duel is an honor,” the queen replied.
“I understand,” Yamada replied slowly. “I will make this happen.”
After leaving the meeting room, Yamada met the princess again.
"Mr. Yamada, are you going back?"
“Yes.” Yamada hesitated for a moment. “Princess, the war is about to begin. You would be better off taking refuge in the far suburbs.”
The princess smiled brightly: "There is no safer place than the capital. This is a sacred place protected by dragon knights."
Knowing that the two sides had completely different views, Yamada could only nod and ride with the others in a carriage that could take off, flying towards the Japanese military base.
"What do we do now?" the Onmyoji asked.
Yamada lowered the curtain, his face instantly contorting into a ferocious expression: "These useless fools! All they think about is dueling! We can't continue cooperating with them. Report this to the cabinet immediately and send someone to contact Xia Kingdom!"
