Chapter Ninety-Five Ants

With a loud bang, the door shattered into pieces, like a cheap trash can in a school supermarket—it hadn't gone very far before it was gone.

Without the door, the open space was filled with black ants, most of them very small, only about the length of Li Changzhou's thumb.

"Should we teleport directly?" Bi held a pot lid in her left hand, a lollipop (uneaten) in her right, and her small white bag slung over her shoulder.

"Let's try to break out first and see if we can find the queen ant," Yang Qinglan said. "Bi, you go first this time."

"snort!"

Bi put the lollipop in her mouth and used her 'licking-level' telekinesis.

The ant colony looked like a black cloth with a hole torn in it.

"Kneel down, you ants! I am destined to surpass Catherine, the future Empress of Moscow, Bishop!"

Li Changzhou bit down on the flesh on the right side of his mouth.

Yang Qinglan lowered her head and gently stroked the delicately curved tip of her nose with her slender fingers.

"Wow! Bi is so cool! Even more handsome than my older brother!" Li Qianxia tucked the spear under her arm and clapped her hands vigorously.

"I'll allow you to walk behind me, hmph!" Bi Xiong swaggered and strode into the ant colony, which had split into separate lines.

Li Qianxia picked up her blood-red steel gun and followed.

“Your sister would be a good fit to be a kindergarten teacher,” Ms. Yang said softly.

"I feel the same way," Mr. Li replied softly.

The squirrel followed, fleeing the wooden house that was being dismantled by leafcutter ants. As it passed Li Changzhou, he stepped on its tail.

"Wow!!!" The squirrel was startled, its fur standing on end. It only breathed a sigh of relief when it saw that it was Li Changzhou.

Its round eyes, full of unease, asked, "Boss Black Mist, what are your orders?"

"Are you having bad luck? Or—" Li Changzhou looked down at it, "...on purpose?"

The squirrel looked dejected. On its way back, it seriously considered that it might really be having bad luck.

I'm sorry, Dolly;

I'm sorry, Jiang;

I'm sorry, Tali;

Sorry, I'm carrying a heavy machine gun.

I will live on and kill the murderers who killed you. Please bless me!

"Lord Black Mist, please believe me! I am utterly loyal to you and have no other intentions!" the squirrel cried, clinging to Li Changzhou's shoes.

Li Changzhou didn't know if it was true or not, but decided to teach it a lesson, or rather, to reward it for its contributions during this period.

But we'll have to wait until we get out of here.

"That would be best." He released his foot.

"Thank you, boss!" The squirrel darted off, following closely behind the future Empress of Moscow.

Aferona gave it a cold look and obediently walked behind Li Changzhou and Yang Qinglan.

It would be a waste of her time to argue with someone who can't even tell who the boss is and only cares about the animal in front of him.

Following the Tsar's princess? This fool, didn't he realize that Lord Black Mist's sister was actually sent by him to monitor the Tsar's princess? She's just a prisoner.

The only formidable rival...

Aferona glanced at the white bear woman who was also following behind Li Changzhou.

The threat posed by the other party is as great as their height.

As we stepped out of the cabin, Bi stopped and turned back to ask, "Want a ride?"

Their car was still parked not far from the cabin.

Boom! Crack! Bang!

Amidst the various noises, the car, which was the focus of everyone's attention, was slowly lifted up.

A 1.4-ton Audi A3 was held up by an ant about half a person's height, which used its mandibles to lift it up and throw it at the ant.

“Army ants,” Yang Qinglan observed and recognized the species of ants. “They can lift weights equivalent to 500 times their own body weight. When hunting, they form different attack groups to fight, just like professional soldiers with strong weapons.”

"Hmph!" Bi scoffed, aiming her fair hand at the army ant.

Before she could use her telekinetic power, under Yang Qinglan's gaze, the army ant stumbled and was about to slide backward.

"Bang!" The 1.4-ton Audi A3 pinned down the army ant, preventing it from moving.

The army ant's plump body burst with juice, spilling all sorts of messy stuff all over the ground.

"Let's go." Yang Qinglan turned her gaze away without changing her expression. "A typical army ant colony usually has one to two million members. This queen ant player can't possibly make every single one an army ant, nor can she make every single one this powerful, but we still need to be careful."

"One or two million?!" The squirrel trembled.

Even an ordinary ant could bite itself to death, right?

Aferona's complexion wasn't good either. The ants had all sorts of abilities, some of which were poisonous. Her constitution was just that of an ordinary person, and there were only three wisps of gray mist left.

“This queen ant must have a lot of points,” Li Changzhou said with a smile.

The Emerald Bee Sword slid out of his sleeve, its size changing from a needle to a comfortable grip.

It's about half the width of a palm, and so thin that it can easily fit between the fingertips.

From the side, it looks like a green line; from the front, it looks like a piece of jade. Only when it is used to kill does it resemble a sword.

A group of people went against the tide of ants to find the queen ant.
