Don't let each other down

Don't let each other down

Huang Yaya took out the crumpled paper and looked at the three words that were still clear on it.

That night, she finally saw Huo Weixi. He was lying on the bed, and he looked so handsome even when he was asleep.

Huang Yaya gently stroked his lips with her hand and saw that his eyes moved, and then he opened his still hazy eyes like a butterfly spreading its wings.

"Madam." His voice was hoarse and very pleasant.

"If I came to your world, what would I do if you suddenly changed your mind one day?" Huang Yaya asked with a smile.

Seeing Huo Weixi struggling to get up, Huang Yaya held him down and said gently, "Don't move, just lie down."

"There won't be such a day, never." Huo Weixi answered firmly.

"So, are you planning on taking a concubine someday, or will someone force one on you?" Huang Yaya had read a lot of domestic intrigue stories, and she didn't want to fight with a bunch of women over a man. She certainly didn't want to share a man with anyone else.

"No, my lady, can't you feel my feelings?" Huo Weixi said anxiously. He struggled to get up again, but was still held down by Huang Yaya.

True love is hidden under the skin and bones, so who can see it clearly? Moreover, true love can change. You can’t guarantee that one day you will fall in love with someone prettier or younger.

"I mean, if one day you want to divorce me and I am penniless, I will not starve to death on the street! And you are the Marquis. If I make you angry that day, will you kill me in a rage?" Huang Yaya asked in a serious tone.

She couldn't just rely on Huo Weixi's current verbal promises. Of course, love was good, but what if it disappeared? In this era, she didn't have any special skills, and she couldn't go into the factory to screw screws.

Huo Weixi ran his hands through her hair, around her neck, gently pulled her down, and kissed her on the lips.

Huang Yaya hadn't figured it out yet, but she didn't dare to struggle. She didn't know whether Huo Weixi's wounds were completely healed, so she could only let him take what he wanted.

She put all her attention on supporting herself with her hands, as she was afraid that if she wasn't careful she would fall on Huo Weixi.

It took a long time before he left her lips. Their eyes were very close, so close that Huang Yaya could see herself in Huo Weixi's eyes.

"My dear, don't think too much." Huo Weixi rubbed her hair and said gently.

Her hands couldn't bear the strain of holding on like this any longer. She straightened up, and seeing that he wanted to join her, she thought that instead of trying to stop him from getting up, he should just lie down with her and have a conversation. This could be considered a nighttime chat between husband and wife. "Don't get up. I'll lie down with you."

The bed was very big. Huang Yaya took off her shoes and walked directly inside. Looking at the pile of her clothes, she could only move them under her feet and then lie down with peace of mind.

"My dear, what's wrong? Why do you keep asking these questions? Did I do something wrong?" Huo Weixi asked while holding Huang Yaya's hand.

"No, I was a little scared." Huang Yaya shook off his hand, turned over and lay on her side, looking at him. He looked very handsome.

"Except if I die in battle, I will not abandon my wife, and I will not hurt her. Everything under my name belongs to my wife." Huo Weixi turned his head and looked at his sweetheart and said.

Huang Yaya couldn't help but gently touched his lips, and then asked: "But you can only promise to like me now, but you can't promise to like me forever."

A man's sincerity is not like a sunny day in the rainy season, which can disappear just like that.

"I can promise." Huo Weixi wanted to continue kissing the other person, but was avoided.

Huang Yaya smiled and said, "Take care of your health first. I don't want to be a widow." After that, she turned around and closed her eyes.

Huo Weixi looked at her back, smiled, and whispered softly, "My wife."

"Go to sleep quickly." Huang Yaya heard his murmur and urged him.

"Um."

The only one asleep was Huang Yaya. Huo Weixi called out "Madam" several times, but got up when he found that she did not respond.

He looked at Huang Yaya silently for a while, and when he saw that the wounds on her body had completely disappeared, he breathed a sigh of relief.

How could a smart man like him not understand what Huang Yaya meant? She wanted to spend the rest of her life with him, but she was a little scared and uneasy in her heart.

But he could understand her fear and her anxiety, and he would find a way to resolve it.

Huang Yaya set the alarm for six o'clock on Sunday. But Huang's mother and her aunt were still in AA City. She suddenly thought it was good to have classes on Sunday.

When I opened my phone, the message that popped up was from Xiao Qi. I shouldn’t call him Xiao Qi, but rather a friend request from Brother Qi.

Huang Yaya didn't like the other party's profile picture of a Mercedes-Benz, but she could only agree to the other party's friend request. After all, everything was not clear yet.

Soon, Brother Qi sent a message:

Qi: Yaya, you get up so early. I'm taking my aunt and the others to dinner now. I'll pick you up after dinner. What do you want to eat?

This kind of self-talk made her feel very annoyed. She had thought about traveling with Huang's mother and she had longed for it, but what actually happened always deviated from her expectations.

Huang: Thank you. I seem to have a fever today. I plan to go to the clinic.

Qi: Are you okay? Do you want me to come and see you?

Huang: Thank you. No thanks. Please tell my mother.

Soon Huang's mother called, and Huang Yaya hurried to the stairs to answer the phone.

Mother Huang asked in a concerned tone: "Yaya, why did you catch a cold?"

Even though it was a lie, Huang Yaya had to find a good excuse and said weakly, "I got caught in the rain yesterday. Ahem, I'm sorry, Mom. I may not be able to accompany you today. Ahem ~"

Huang's mother replied: "It's okay, it's okay, I'll come to see you at noon."

Come visit her at noon? Wouldn't those lies be exposed? She could only continue to pretend to be weak and replied: "Mom, it's okay, I'll take some cold medicine later. I guess I need to sleep for a while. I feel so sleepy!"

"Okay! Then you should have a good rest."

After hanging up the phone, Huang Yaya smiled with relief. She wasn't going to this weird blind date. She would rather spend the day at the library than meet that Big Brother Qi.
