Huai'an Mengchangyi

Huai'an Mengchangyi

The winter break at home flew by like a flash, and soon it was time to go back to school. During this time, Huang Yaya first thought of Song Zhexi in her daily life. She even searched for the name on Baidu, but all she found was that there was no such person.

She wondered if she was a daffodil, falling in love with the other self hidden within her.

Liu Fangyu is very nice, so nice that he said good morning and good night to her every day during the winter vacation, but his enthusiasm hurt Huang Yaya. Why can one person be so enthusiastic towards another person without any requirements?

That’s right, after chatting for the entire winter vacation, Liu Fangyu never said anything about confessing his love, nor did he reveal that he wanted to pursue her.

In the first week of school, their dormitory planned to go to the city center for a meal. After all, the Chinese New Year had just passed, and they all had some New Year's money in their hands, so they could go to a better restaurant to eat something delicious.

When crossing the road, everyone waits for the green light. After all, drivers in AA City are notoriously aggressive throughout the country. In AA City, pedestrians running a red light is no different from seeking death.

Not long after, the green light came on, and she and her roommate stepped onto the sidewalk. Just as they were about to reach the other side, a car turned and drove towards them. The pedestrians behind them reacted and immediately stepped back.

Huang Yaya thought it was okay to cross the road at the zebra crossing when the light was green, so she didn't look left or right when walking. Who knew that the car driver didn't care at all whether there was anyone crossing the zebra crossing.

By the time she reacted, it was too late. She hurriedly pushed Shi Jiaojiao hard and then lost consciousness.

After an unknown amount of time, Huang Yaya woke up. She stood up and looked around. It was a very unfamiliar place.

There was a little maid leaning against Huang Yaya's bed. When the little maid saw her get up, she quickly stood up and said to the door, "The young lady is awake. Go tell the Marquis."

Not long after, the little maid returned to her and asked happily, "Miss, the Marquis will be here soon."

Young lady? Lord? Did she travel through time after being hit? That doesn't make sense!

She stretched lazily, her bones creaking and her body aching. She cursed inwardly, "What the hell, driver? Can't you even look at the road? I was walking on the zebra crossing when the light was green!"

The marquis the maid had mentioned soon came hurriedly, followed by an imperial physician.

Huang Yaya was stunned when she looked up and saw the marquis. It was Huo Weixi in her dream.

She tentatively guessed that because she was hit by a car, but not killed, she was turned into a vegetable? So she was probably trapped in her own subconscious!

She made a bold assumption, but skipped the step of carefully collecting evidence and went straight to the point. After all, she still had a doctor in her life in real life, and maybe she would wake up that day.

The maid took out a purple silk handkerchief and put it on Huang Yaya's hand. She shook it off. The maid quickly picked it up and covered her wrist again.

She felt that she must have read too many classical Chinese novels, why was her subconscious so feudal!

After the imperial physician took her pulse, he said to Huo Weixi, who looked worried, "Lord Huo, the young lady's life is no longer in danger, but her body needs some further recuperation. Wait for me to write a prescription."

"Ruomei, go get the medicine according to the imperial physician's prescription." Huo Weixi ordered.

"Yes." After Ruomei followed the imperial physician out, the other maids in the room also followed them out consciously, closing the door for them.

Huang Yaya didn't know how long she would be trapped in this subconscious state. She looked at Huo Weixi, who was full of joy, and said hello with a smile, "Long time no see."

Huo Weixi sat down beside her bed and said happily, "It hasn't been long since we last met. I can see my sister every day."

Huang Yaya was full of confusion. What kind of script was this? What kind of plot had her subconscious mind loaded into her?

"Sister, you have been in a coma for more than half a year."

"How about you tell me about it?"

"Half a year ago, I went hunting in the East Suburbs Gardens. When I came home, I found my sister covered in blood, so I brought her back."

"And I slept for half a year?"

"Yeah. Why was my sister injured so badly?"

Why else could it be that I was hit by a blind driver? She replied perfunctorily, "It's against the law of nature!"

"Sister, I'm very hungry. Do you want to eat something?" Huo Weixi's tone was somewhat flattering.

"I don't want to eat. Can you please leave me alone for a while?"

Huang Yaya is feeling a little upset now, and she needs time to digest all this.

"Okay, if there is anything, let Ruolan at the door call me." After saying that, he left with a bit of disappointment.

Seeing the other person leave, Huang Yaya got up and observed the room. It was elegantly decorated. The window was open, and looking out from the window, she could see a lotus pond. There were a few plants on both sides of the window that she didn't recognize, but she guessed they were some kind of orchid, after all, it smelled like orchids.

There was a dressing table on the right side of the room, with a bronze mirror on it. She walked forward, looked at the person in the mirror, touched her cheek, breathed a sigh of relief, and said, "It's my original face."

Then she walked to the table, picked up the teapot, poured herself a glass of water, and drank it down with a gulp.

What should she do? What should she do? Is she trapped in her subconscious? What should she do? How can she conquer this guy? Otherwise, it would be too boring!

Why is it not the charming and seductive Song Zhexi, but this Hua Mutou?

Was the driver who hit her sentenced? Did her family afford her medical treatment? Is her roommate okay? She wasn't the only one hit!

"Miss, can I come in? The medicine is ready." While Huang Yaya was still in deep thought, Ruomei asked at the door while holding the medicine.

"Come in!"

A bowl of black, bitter-smelling medicine was brought to her. She took a sip from it. It was so bitter! She put it down. She didn't want to drink it. Why did she have to suffer for no reason?

"Miss, is the medicine too hot?" Ruomei asked cautiously.

"No, it's too bitter. I don't want to drink it."

"Miss, good medicine tastes bitter."

"I'm fine now, take it away, I don't want to drink!"

Ruomei hesitated for a while, then took away the medicine that she had just taken a sip of.

"Why at this time?" Huang Yaya murmured sadly.

She thought of her grandmother, who always told her, "Good medicine tastes bitter," "Drink this medicine and your illness will be cured," "Yaya, only if you are obedient will your parents take you to the city," and "Mom and Dad are busy, it's not that they don't want Yaya."

She couldn't remember many things about her time with her grandmother, but those things she remembered were like spiders crawling all over her heart. Tears kept flowing from her eyes, and she missed her grandmother's house.

The old lady with gray hair who always tricked her into drinking bitter medicine.
