Chapter 2 Pei Family
When Shi Wan was carrying his things back, Pei Shijin, the fake young master who had exchanged identities with him, was there, as well as his biological mother Ruan Leyi, who had always disliked him and never looked him in the eye since he came back. When Shi Wan walked in, he saw Ruan Leyi rolling her eyes at him without any concealment.
Seeing this, Ruan Leyi didn't think anything was wrong at all. She said in a very harsh tone, "You're such a poor fellow! You went to meet someone and had to pack up some food to bring back. Are you starving at home?"

The indescribable taste entered his mouth. It was so bitter that Shi Wan didn't dare to open his eyes. He tilted his head back and drank it all in one gulp.
"Cough, cough, cough..." Shi Wan put his hand on his forehead. The bitter taste in his mouth had not yet dissipated. He sat on the bed for a long time before he recovered. The sudden change of temperature was very likely to cause heatstroke. Shi Wan prepared a lot of Huoxiang Zhengqi water in the room.
