When he arrived at the Public Security Bureau, Lu Chen took out his military officer ID and placed it on the table.
There were only two people on duty at the Public Security Bureau. When the other officer saw Lu Chen's military officer ID, he ran to call for help.
"Just you guys register." Lu Chen said, and repeated what happened just now.
Qin Chunzhi was also pushed by Su Ruoli to supplement what happened. She was reluctant at first, but when she saw Su Ruoli's eyes, she still plucked up the courage to tell her what happened.
In the end, Huangmao and his men were all locked up.
After leaving the Public Security Bureau, Su Ruoli looked at Lu Chen and then at Qin Chunzhi.
"Why are you looking at me?" Qin Chunzhi looked down at herself.
"I think you should go back." Su Ruoli said.

But as soon as she finished speaking, Qin Chunzhi and Lu Chen each moved a step to the side.
"She and I are not going the same way." Lu Chen said in a deep voice, "Besides, I have to take you home."
"I'm scared. Can you take me back?" Qin Chunzhi held Su Ruoli's arm and refused to let go, looking at Su Ruoli with hope.

Qin Chunzhi did not let go and still held Su Ruoli's arm.
No one spoke along the way. When they arrived at the Qin family's door, Su Ruoli looked at her arm and said, "I can let go now. We're home."
Qin Chunzhi slowly let go of Su Ruoli and walked forward to knock on the door.
Su Ruoli and Lu Chen turned around and left without looking back. Qin Chunzhi turned around and looked in the direction Su Ruoli left.
He Meiling opened the door and was startled to see Qin Chunzhi standing there. "Zhizhi, why are you back?"
"Mom, I was wrong?" Qin Chunzhi cried while hugging He Meiling.
The mother and daughter returned home only after they had cried enough.
Qin Chunzhi guessed right. She was indeed beaten. It was the heaviest beating she had ever received. She was unable to get out of bed for three days.
Su Ruoli and Lu Chen walked for a while before Su Ruoli said, "You should go back too. This place is not far from your home."
"I'll take you back." Lu Chen said stubbornly.
"No, really." Su Ruoli refused. It was late at night and she was still delivering things. Did she still want to rest?
"I'll take you there." Lu Chen insisted, and Su Ruoli had no choice but to let him take her there.
"Stubborn old man." Su Ruoli muttered in a low voice.
"Xiao Li'er, do you want to say something else?" Lu Chen said with a forced smile.
"What did I say? I didn't say anything?" Su Ruoli said with a smile.
Lu Chen took advantage of Su Ruoli's inattention and started tickling her.
Su Ruoli smiled and hid, and Lu Chen chased her.
We returned home laughing and joking all the way.
"We're home now, it's time for you to go back." Su Ruoli said.
"You're home so soon. Go in. I'll come see you tomorrow." Lu Chen said reluctantly.
"You seem to be too idle lately." Su Ruoli said.
"I want to be transferred back to Beijing. They will handle the formalities. I won't go there until after the New Year, so I have time recently." Lu Chen said.
"I understand. Let's go back quickly." Su Ruoli said and went home.
Lu Chen waited until Su Ruoli closed the door before turning around and walking home. What a heartless boy! He didn't even invite him in for a drink of water.
After returning home, Su Ruoli entered the space. There was still half of the durian left over from last time that she had not eaten.
I was a little hungry after walking for such a long time, so I treated it as a midnight snack.
After eating durian, Su Ruoli washed up and went to bed.
The next morning, Su Ruoli got up very early and was making breakfast when she heard a knock on the door.
She opened the door and saw that it was Lu Chen. "Why are you here so early again?" Su Ruoli asked in surprise.
Lu Chen smiled and said, "I want to see you sooner."
Su Ruoli glanced at Lu Chen and said, "I think you want to have my breakfast."
Lu Chen smiled and said, "You've already discovered this. I really didn't have breakfast. Thank you for your hard work, Xiao Li'er."
Fang Yi and Jian Zhongyi just came out of the room. Seeing Lu Chen, Fang Yi said, "Xiao Chen is here."
Lu Chen greeted the two old men.
Several people went into the kitchen together.
After breakfast, Lu Chen washed the dishes. Su Ruoli went back to the room, took out a bundle of banknotes from the space, and took it to find Fang Yi and Jian Zhongyi.
"Grandma, these bills are for you. The New Year is coming soon. See if you and grandpa need anything." Su Ruoli handed the money to Fang Yi.

"Grandma, it may take some time for all your money to come back, so just take these for now." Su Ruoli said.

The two walked side by side on the street, chatting. Su Ruoli saw a stall selling candied haws and excitedly pulled Lu Chen over.
"I want to eat candied haws." Su Ruoli said, pointing at the candied haws on the stall.
Lu Chen immediately bought a string and handed it to her. Su Ruoli took a bite happily. The sour and sweet taste made her squint her eyes in satisfaction.
"Little greedy cat." Lu Chen laughed. "What else do you want to buy?"
"There's nothing to buy. We have everything at home. Let's just go shopping." Su Ruoli said.
"Why don't we go see a movie?" Lu Chen suggested.
"What's the point of watching movies? I might as well go back and read a book." Su Ruoli really felt that movies were not as interesting as reading a book.
"Let's walk around for a while and then go back to read." Lu Chen said. He didn't really want to walk around anyway.
He just wanted to be with Su Ruoli, and he would feel happy even if they did nothing.
