Su Ruoli returned home and thought about the old man who had been hungry for years. She was afraid that his stomach would not be able to bear it if she made anything else, so she decided to make noodles, as noodles are easier to digest.
She rolled up her sleeves and quickly kneaded the dough to make soup. Both the noodles and the soup were made with spiritual spring water. Soon a large pot of steaming hot noodles was ready. Su Ruoli also added ten poached eggs to the soup.
