When Princess Duanhui returned to the Princess's residence, Lan Ling was practicing swordsmanship.
Beneath the enormous crabapple tree, the man stood full of vigor, each sword strike brimming with power.
The swords flashed and clashed, their sounds powerful and resounding.
Before long, Lan Ling stopped, as proud as a peacock, and smugly showed off to Princess Duanhui: "How about it, are you captivated by me?"
Why didn't you ask me why I only came back now?
Princess Duanhui's question.
In fact, Lan Ling has always been like this. Before, she thought Lan Ling was very sensible and knew her limits.

"Would you beat up anyone who bullies me?"
"Of course."
"What if it were His Majesty?"
"It has to be the same! No one can bully us!"
Princess Duanhui turned her head to look into Lan Ling's affectionate eyes, her heart turning cold.
How can anyone be so hypocritical?
Even though she has no true feelings, she can still pretend to be so affectionate.
For a moment, she couldn't tell whether she disliked Huo Minglang more or Lan Ling more.
