Just as Song Mengmeng had feared, they received news of an accident at the film studio the next morning. It was another film crew next door; a minor actor had been found dead in the bathroom, having bled to death.
The first person to discover this was the child actor's roommate. When he got up in the morning and went into the bathroom, he was so shocked by what he saw that he almost went crazy.
Because of the magnitude of the incident, the production crew did not hesitate and quickly called the police.
After the police arrived and investigated the scene, their preliminary conclusion was that it was a suicide.
After all, the scene was far too peaceful, with no signs of struggle or fighting, and the deceased's expression was calm and serene. While the idea of smashing a mirror to commit suicide might sound unbelievable, that was all the evidence they could actually find.
The incident happened in the neighboring film crew, so it naturally didn't affect Song Mengmeng and her group.
As usual, filming proceeded without any disruption. Song Mengmeng noticed that Gu Panpan seemed like a completely different person today. Both her mental and physical condition were excellent, a stark contrast to her terrible state yesterday.
Song Mengmeng sat on a chair to the side, watching Gu Panpan handle everything with ease in the crowd not far away, and couldn't help but chuckle softly.
Well, it seems this lady isn't planning to give up on Gu Panpan's appearance anytime soon!

Having made up her mind, Song Mengmeng didn't waste any more time there. She strolled out leisurely and dialed Yan Di's number: "Yan Di, do you know that Inspector surnamed Song?!"
"You want me to tell him the truth about this matter?" After listening to Song Mengmeng's story, Yan Di almost guessed her intentions without much effort. He did not refuse and readily accepted the task of delivering the message. "Don't worry, you will probably see that group of members of the Special Case Team that you hate this afternoon."
Song Mengmeng coaxed Yan Di again with her soft and sweet words, then hung up the phone with satisfaction and turned back to the filming location of the crew, watching the female lead and the supporting actress act in front of the camera.
"Mengmeng, what are you doing here?" Song Mengmeng was somewhat surprised that Gu Panpan had come to her door when she hadn't planned to go looking for her at this time.
Gu Panpan strolled over slowly and stood in front of Song Mengmeng. Taking advantage of her height, she looked down at Song Mengmeng with an intimidating aura: "I remember you didn't have any scenes to film today. Why aren't you resting at the hotel?"
"Oh, I came out to watch everyone filming and learn from their experience." Song Mengmeng tilted her head, smiling at Gu Panpan, and answered very decisively and without any faults.
Gu Panpan stared intently at Song Mengmeng for a while, and seeing that she still looked fearless, the smile on her face finally couldn't hold back anymore. She took a step forward and leaned close to Song Mengmeng's ear: "Mind your own business!"
"What if I insist on interfering?!" Song Mengmeng's lips curled up slightly, revealing a shallow dimple on one cheek, making her look obedient and cute: "What can you do to me, Mrs. Mary?!"
"If you continue to ruin my plans like this, I will kill you without hesitation!" Even after her identity was exposed, Mrs. Mary did not panic. She simply reached out and brushed a stray hair from Song Mengmeng's ear, chuckling maliciously, "Little thing, I advise you to be more sensible."
"Ah, I'm so scared!" Song Mengmeng laughed, reaching out to tap Mrs. Mary's chest. The power of the spiritual fire instantly turned the previously arrogant Mrs. Mary pale and her face changed drastically. She quickly covered her chest and took several steps back. She could feel the pain of her body, soul, and power being burned. Terrified, she didn't even finish her sentence before turning around and running away as if she were being chased by a dog.

Song Mengmeng tilted her head and sighed with some regret. If she hadn't been worried that the commotion would be too loud and disturb others, she would have burned all of Mrs. Mary's soul that she had managed to break free from!
However, it doesn't matter if her soul wasn't completely destroyed. She suffered such a blow, and the little bit of life force she absorbed yesterday must have been completely exhausted!

The two friends' interaction was intimate and natural, and with their good looks, they naturally attracted the attention of many passing staff.
The actor currently acting opposite Yao Anna is Yang Ye, who plays the third male lead and a bodyguard. As a rising star who has only become popular in the last two years, Yang Ye is quite good-looking, especially now that he's wearing a bodyguard uniform; he does indeed have a certain dashing charm.
