As Song Mengmeng finished speaking, the porcelain plate moved slowly again, pointing to the word 'good,' which was considered as agreeing to Song Mengmeng's request to ask her about something.
"Since we need to seek justice for you in this world before we can leave, can I assume that the culprit who killed you is among the six of us?!"
The hints are so obvious now that Song Mengmeng feels that the Ouija board is just short of directly reciting Fang Wenwen's ID number!
However, unlike Song Mengmeng, who was fully aware of the situation, the other five were taken aback by her question. Yao Anna, however, unconditionally trusted Song Mengmeng's best friend. Although she also felt the question was a bit strange, she quickly accepted it—any decision Mengmeng made must have a reason! If she initially found it strange, it was simply because her perspective was limited!
She always stands on the ground, while her adorable child is usually in the atmosphere, or even outer space!
Although the remaining three ordinary people, Liu Song and the others, were terrified, they also knew that delaying the situation would not solve anything! However, Song Mengmeng's question was actually quite reasonable.
According to the Ouija board's instructions, they must seek justice for her before they can leave!
That means that the target they need to find is right here in the world, right beside them!
"Why are you all staring at me?!" Perhaps because she was in a place that seemed somewhat familiar to her, Fang Wenwen had been in a state of high tension ever since she entered the room.
She quickly and naturally sensed the somewhat unusual gazes of the people around her.
Instinctively, Fang Wenwen shouted back without hesitation. Although she felt a little guilty, it didn't stop her from raising her voice to cover it up: "I, I have absolutely no recollection of this place! Don't try to pin this on me!"
As Fang Wenwen spoke, she didn't care whether the Ouija board game was over or not. She simply withdrew her hand and stopped participating in the game.
"How could you stop?!" Seeing Fang Wenwen stop, Xiao Jing, the ordinary person sitting next to her, became anxious. Anyone in the know understands that if you stop before sending the spirit away from the Ouija board, something terrible could happen!
"I don't want to play anymore, why can't I let go?!" Fang Wenwen glared at Xiao Jing defiantly, looking like she was saying, "I did it, but what can you do about it?" This made people's impression of her drop even further.
They've all been refreshed to negative values.
"It's okay. Actually, at this point, it doesn't matter whether we continue playing the Ouija board game or not! What's important is that we need to know what really happened back then."
Song Mengmeng comforted Xiao Jing and the others, who were almost furious at Fang Wenwen's attitude, before turning to look at the dormitory environment and suggesting in a low voice, "Why don't we check it out here first?"
Since their task now is to find out the truth, she felt that there must be clues in this dormitory building, which has been completely restored to its original state, that could reveal the truth behind everything.
Song Mengmeng's suggestion, in a way, eased the tense atmosphere that had arisen from her previous remarks.
No one else present objected to the suggestion. Although Fang Wenwen was seething with anger, she managed to control herself and didn't continue her outburst or cause any more trouble.
After all, she was also a little scared. What if she went too far and her friends kicked her out of the dormitory without any regard for their feelings?
That would mean leaving her to face those evil spirits lurking in the shadows all alone!
She wouldn't dare!
Thinking of this, Fang Wenwen did not hesitate any longer. Instead, she turned around and began to search the dormitory carefully with Song Mengmeng and the others to see if they could find any useful clues.
"This cabinet, why can't I open this cabinet!" While Song Mengmeng and her group were searching for clues, Liu Song and his group made a discovery first.
It was next to the wall near the balcony, with eight cabinets arranged in two rows from top to bottom.
Anyone who has lived in a dormitory during their student days will be familiar with this layout; it should be the lockers belonging to the members of this dormitory. Liu Song and his friends easily opened seven of them, but the last one, although unlocked, they couldn't pull it open no matter how hard they tried, just like they had tried to open the other lockers.
However, it was precisely this unusual behavior that drew everyone's attention to the cabinet.
"Is it stuck on the side?" Just as everyone was trying to figure out why the cabinet couldn't be opened, Fang Wenwen, who had been silent all along, suddenly spoke up. She naturally reached out and pulled out a wooden wedge that was stuck on the side of the cabinet. With her action, the tightly closed cabinet door was finally opened in front of everyone.
"A diary?" Xiao Jing, who was closest to the cabinet, didn't bother to ask why Fang Wenwen knew about the wooden wedge blocking the cabinet door. She immediately spotted the old rubber diary inside the cabinet.
The moment Xiao Jing reached out, the once gloomy and dark dormitory was like a calm lake suddenly splashed with various colors of dye, quickly spreading and giving the originally monotonous world a burst of color.
At first, they appeared as swaying phantoms, but gradually they transformed into vibrant young girls with ponytails in front of everyone.
