Chapter 104 Qin Jingyao successfully abducted Xiao Xi'er

Hearing Sha Ting's roar, Qin Jingyao, who was holding Xiao Xi'er, tightened his grip on her with one arm and protected her head with the other, looking at Sha Ting warily.

He looked at Shatin with a murderous gaze.

"roar--"

"Don't meow, you're scaring me!"

Xiao Xi'er turned around, pulled Qin Jingyi's hand away, put her hands on her hips, and glared angrily at Sha Ting.

"Roar~~" (Okay~)

"That's a good girl!"

Xiao Xi'er turned her head back to look at Qin Jingyi, her little face full of longing for praise.

Qin Jingyi was at a loss for words, but still cautiously asked, "Little Fourth, this... this tiger, is it your pet?"

"Tiger? (or tiger?)"

"No, it doesn't look like one, it looks like a cat."

Qin Jingyi looked at Xiao Xi'er's matter-of-fact expression, then observed Sha Ting. Its fur was pure white, it had a natural "king" character on its head, and its size was enormous—was it really a cat? It was clearly a tiger!

However, Qin Jingyi didn't care whether Sha Ting was a tiger or a cat; all he cared about now was whether this tiger would hurt Xiao Xi'er.

It doesn't look like it, but...

"Xiao Si, is this tiger your pet?"

"It doesn't seem like it."

Qin Jingyi became even more worried when he heard that the tiger wasn't Xiao Xi'er's pet.

"This looks like Daddy's cat~, but Daddy said the cat also looks like its nest."

Qin Jingyi was relieved to hear that the tiger was raised by Qin Jue.

Not long after Qin Jingyi sat down on a bench in the Imperial Garden with Xiao Xi'er in his arms, Sha Ting wobbled over to a spot not far from Qin Jingyi and climbed down.

"Xiao Si, why do you call a tiger a cat?"

"It looks just like a cat" (But it is a cat).

"If Xiao Si says it's a cat, then it's a cat."

Sha Ting, lying on the ground, silently turned his head away, no longer looking at Qin Jingyao and Xiao Xi'er.

He felt utter contempt for Qin Jingyan: This person has no bottom line. He clearly knows I'm a tiger, but when the little devil says I'm a cat, he still says, "I am a cat."

"Hey buddy, what are you doing here?"

"I'm going to practice playing the xiao (vertical bamboo flute)."

"Lassen? (What's that?)"

Qin Jingyi took out the pure white jade flute from the table and placed it in front of Xiao Xi'er.

"Little Si, this is the xiao (vertical bamboo flute)."

Little Xi looked at the white jade flute, then reached out her chubby little hand and took the flute from Qin Jingyao's hand.

Xiao Xi'er noticed a hole in the jade flute and tried to poke it with her finger. She found she couldn't poke it in, so she gave up.

"What's this for, buddy?"

Xiao Xi'er raised the hand holding the jade flute and waved it back and forth in front of Qin Jingyan, asking him a question.

"This is something you put to your lips and blow; the xiao (vertical bamboo flute) can produce beautiful melodies."

"Aoao"

Little Xi'er began to explore on her own.

Xiao Xi'er put one end of the jade flute to her lips, puffed out her cheeks, and blew a breath. The next second, she heard the sound coming from the jade flute.

Xiao Xi heard a sound and continued to blow, then, when her hands got tired, she changed direction and held the flute with both hands.

After changing the direction, Xiao Xi'er noticed that the sound was different from the last time she played it. She then looked at the hole on the flute.

Then she changed to holding the flute in one hand and poking holes in it with the other, then started blowing. After poking one hole, she poked other holes in the jade flute. Little Xi'er seemed to have found something and started playing like this.

Qin Jingyao watched Xiao Xi'er's movements quietly. At first, it was quite obvious that Xiao Xi'er was just playing randomly.

As Qin Jingyi listened, he realized something was wrong.

Little Xi'er's playing is indeed random, but it's precisely because of this unpredictable style that her tunes have a lively and joyful feel.

"Xiao Si's praise is really great."

"Does it seem so?"

"Yes," Xiao Xi'er grinned and chuckled when she heard Qin Jingyi praise her.

"Little Sixi doesn't like playing the flute."

Is this it?

Xiao Xi'er raised the jade flute in her hand, then tilted her head back to look at Qin Jingyi.

"This is it."

I like it.

Qin Jingyao, upon hearing Xiao Xi'er mention her fondness for playing the flute, hatched a plan.

"Would Little Xi'er like to go to her brother's palace with him?"

"That way, brother can teach Xiaoxi how to play the flute."

"Okay, okay," Xiao Xi'er agreed to Qin Jingyi without any thought or consideration.

Seeing that Xiao Xi'er had so readily agreed to return to the Purple Bamboo Pavilion with him, Qin Jingyao smiled triumphantly, thinking to himself, "She's so easy to fool."

_u0027_ Just like that, I easily lured you back to Zizhu Pavilion_ _u0027

It's a good thing you're so easy to fool, otherwise I wouldn't know how to get you back to Zizhu Pavilion to play.

"Pot Pot"

Xiao Xi'er's cry of "Brother!" pulled Qin Jingyan back to reality.

"What's wrong, Xiao Si?"

When will you take me to your place, brother?

Go now.

After saying this, Qin Jingyi stood up, holding Xiao Xi'er, and walked towards the Purple Bamboo Pavilion.

After seeing Qin Jingyao carry Xiao Xi'er away, Sha Ting, who was crawling on the ground, stood up and leisurely followed beside Qin Jingyao.

Sha Ting stared intently at Qin Jingyao with his icy blue tiger eyes, fearing that Qin Jingyao might do something detrimental to Xiao Xi'er.

Qin Jingyao naturally noticed Sha Ting's gaze, but he ignored it, instead being overjoyed at having successfully brought Xiao Xi'er back to the Purple Bamboo Pavilion.
