Qiu Mei stepped out from behind Xia Ju and bowed to Xiao Xi'er.
"This servant greets Your Highness. My name is Qiumei."

Xiao Xi'er released her grip on Xia Ju, walked over to Qiu Mei, and helped her up.

Shatin obediently lay back down on the ground.
Tang Yu felt resentful seeing herself completely ignored by Xiao Xi'er, Chunhe, and the other two.
His fingernails were almost piercing his palms, and the way he looked at Xiaoxi'er made him want to devour her.
As if sensing something, Sha Ting glanced sideways at Tang Yu with his icy blue tiger eyes.
Tang Yu was so startled that she took two steps back and quickly lowered her head.
Finding it uninteresting, Sha Ting turned his gaze away and stopped looking at Tang Yu.
Xiao Xi walked to the stone bench and raised her hand to Chunhe. Chunhe then picked Xiao Xi up and placed her on the stone bench.
Little Xi'er, sitting on the stone bench, gently swung her toes.
On a summer evening, cicadas sing as they search for their mates, and leaves sway in the breeze.
A gust of wind blew by, lifting the hair on Xiaoxi'er's forehead and making the bells on her headband ring.
"Ding ding ding—"
The bells seemed to chime rhythmically, as if to accompany the dancing leaves in a song.
"Princess, I encountered His Highness today when I left the Hall of Mental Cultivation."
