Upon hearing that sweet, soft voice, the ministers in the Imperial Study knew it was Qin Ruoxi. They all stopped talking and looked at Qin Ruoxi as she ran into the Imperial Study.

Qin Ruoxi ran straight through the middle of all the ministers and stood in front of Qin Jue.
"Father, how can you not eat?"
"This is bad for your health."
As she spoke, Xiaoxi puffed out her cheeks to express her dissatisfaction and anger.
"Father forgot to eat because he had something to do."
"I knew it!!!"
Little Xi'er stood with her hands on her hips, glaring fiercely at Qin Jue, then laughed, "But, Daddy... you have a good daughter~"

"Sister Chunhe, Sister Xiaju, please bring out the dinner for Father and all the uncles and elders."

Chunhe and Xiaju bowed to Qin Jue and Xiao Xi'er, then withdrew.
When they came back in, they were followed by several palace maids, each carrying a dish of food. The eunuchs carried tables and small stools.
With Qin Jue's permission, Chunhe and Xiaju placed the food on the table in front of him.
The other palace maids placed the food on the table that several eunuchs had brought over.
"Daddy, this is the food Uncle Shitian cooked for me!"
"Xi'er is so great!"
Qin Jue pinched Xiao Xi'er's cheek in praise. Xiao Xi'er, however, couldn't quite explain herself as her cheek was being pinched.
"Daddy, come on... hurry up and eat."
