Bart's eyes darted around, his gaze fixed on her like a wolf eyeing its prey, poised to pounce.
Su Li looked up and inadvertently caught sight of a figure on the upper floor not far away.
His figure was so familiar; you could recognize him at a glance.
So he specifically called her over to give her to Bart?
As Su Li thought about it, her heart grew colder.
I knew he was heartless, but I never expected this day to come so soon.
Even when Bart spoke to her right next to her ear, she couldn't hear what he was saying; her mind was in complete chaos.
Batra pulled Su Li to the other side and forcefully shoved a glass of wine into her hand.
