Chapter 405 Marrying You Is Just a Matter of Time

"President Song, Su Li went to Lin's Enterprises herself and checked all of Su's previous records. That's how she helped Quan Ye prove his innocence."

In the car, Song Qinze sat in the back seat with his eyes closed, listening to his assistant's report.

“You should have destroyed all of Su’s documents back then, so they wouldn’t have been able to prove their innocence.”

He opened his eyes, his gaze cold. "No, Su Li will still find a way to get evidence."

"Miss Su is too clever. We never expected her to use this trick."

"She's been around Quan Ye for so long, she must have picked up something from him. Do you think she's stupid?"

Song Qinze thought about what Su Li had just told him. Now that she was starting to doubt him, things were going to get complicated.

"Mr. Song, Miss just called and said she has obtained the photos of her and Fu Zelian."

“Send the photos to the people at the border, and they will naturally let our people and vehicles pass.”

"If we had known that Fu Zelian's photo was so useful, we would have just secretly taken a picture of him and used it. Why did we have to pay those people so much money? In the end, they even tried to renege on their promise after we paid them."

Song Qinze glanced coldly at his assistant a few times, annoyed that he talked too much.

Su Li went straight to the president's office when she arrived at the Quan Group. Just as she was about to go in, she saw Quan Ye standing inside making a phone call.

Lan Qi'er, dressed in a white and purple tight-fitting suit, stood beside him. As she bent down to place the documents, her full breasts were almost spilling out from the low neckline.

She spoke to him in a low voice, "Mr. Quan, the documents are all prepared."

Quan Ye simply nodded, his arm almost touching hers.

Su Li glanced at it a few times, then knocked on the door.

Lan Qi'er looked up and saw her, then subconsciously stepped aside, smiling sweetly, "Hello, Sister Li."

"You're here." Quan Ye hung up the phone, stood up, and took Su Li's hand.

"Perfect timing, I have a project on hand that I'd like you to take a look at, see if you like it."

"What project?"

Quan Ye pressed her down into the office chair, wrapped his arms around her from behind, and pointed to the diagram on the computer.

"This is the wedding venue I'm going to set up for you. Do you like it?"

"Are you preparing now? Isn't that too early?"

"It's not too early, marrying you is just a matter of time."

"Master Quan, I'll head out now," Lan Qi'er said, but Quan Ye ignored her.

She silently walked out with the documents in her arms.

As she was about to close the door, Lan Qi'er peeked at their figures, chatting and laughing.

"What are you daydreaming about? Have you finished taking notes from this morning's meeting?" Xu Ming asked casually as he came over.

Lan Qi'er turned her head and said obediently, "It's all ready now, I'll give it to you now."

"Um."

Seeing that Su Li and Quan Ye were having a lively conversation in the office, Xu Ming didn't rush in and instead leaned against the secretary's workstation.

Lan Qi'er poured him a glass of water. "Assistant Xu, will Sister Li still come to work at the company in the future?"

He glanced down at the notes and answered casually, "Miss Su is now the daughter of the Tang family, with a noble status. Old Master Tang is reluctant to let her continue working as a secretary. However, she will be our boss's wife from now on and will come to visit us at any time."

"When are Sister Li and President Quan getting married?"

"I don't know either." Xu Ming looked up and sized her up. "Why are you so concerned about the boss's private life? Just focus on your work."

Lan Qi'er awkwardly touched her earring. "I was just chatting with you. I'll go get back to work now."

She turned and went back to her workstation.

As Su Li came out of the office, Xu Ming stood up straight and greeted her, "Ms. Su."

"Go inside, I'll come out and make Mr. Quan a cup of tea."

"Okay." Xu Ming walked into the office.

Su Li noticed that Lan Qier was sitting at her desk, so she glanced at her a few more times.

"Sister Li, you're finally here! We've missed you so much!"

She was pulled over by the other secretaries to sit down and chat.
